Secluded from the rest of the city, requires taxi, no ability to walk to nearby restaurants.

No pool. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles were used. Towels thin.

Old furnishings, flooring, and bathroom.

Nice view of the bay. The hotel staff were very nice. Good internet.

I showed up at 830pm. There was no one at the front desk. Thankfully my driver knew their number and called them. They advised me if I had to check in before 4pm or advise them. They had sold my room and told me to go get a refund from Expedia. This hotel is not a hotel and should be taken off the platform. Shocking. Luckily my friend was at the Hampton and he let me stay in his room. On the road over 200 days a year and never experienced this ever. Do not book this hotel.

While the ocean was visible from the room and the room was pretty nice inside the hotel aesthetics are old and need to be updated. It looks like an abandoned hotel on the outside the check-in desk person is not always there although it looks like she lives on the property. The plumbing needs to be updated. I had to plunge the toilet. There was a plunger in the bathroom so they knew about the plumbing issues. I stayed on the bottom of the hotel and they were lots of noises upstairs and noises in general on the property. I had a good night rest because the beds are very soft and the pillows is fluffy and I was glad to see the ocean in the morning and at night the lights that lit up the island I think the nightly rate is too expensive for what I saw while on the property, but it’s cheaper compared to other places and a good value

We were scrambling to find a place to stay after our Airbnb fell through and stayed here. It was difficult to find and was in a very strange area. The area around it was not kept up and felt very secluded. The person checking us in was very short and we felt like we were inconveniencing her bc we had a late check in (6:30PM). We never saw her again after we checked in, no one was ever at the desk. The AC didn't work in our room but after letting them know it did get fixed. It was reasonably priced for what we got but we would not stay here again, we did not feel safe.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The little private terrace looked out on a gorgeous view of the harbor. The staff person was lovely. This only downside was the exterior which needed serious upgrading and renovation. Travelers looking for a comfortable local adventure and not having high for perfection would be happy here. It is quiet and clearly was a beautiful property once upon a time. We enjoyed our stay.

One of worst experience we’ve had. Upon entering our room there was a mop, broom and dustpan in the middle of the room. No towels, floors were distrusting, lost power, water & AC all night. Was offered a single candle we couldn’t light and zero signs from road. Property shouldn’t be listed to say the least

My boyfriend and I booked this place in advance. We chose the book now and pay later option because of convince for us financially. From the photos and some of the reviews, it seemed like a decent place to stay. I called ahead of time to ask about a security deposit as most hotels require. A woman picked up and told me it would be $250 for the full night. Then I received a confirmation email from them asking about our arrival time and confirming that our room would be ready by 1PM.

When we got out of our taxi from the airport, our taxi driver asked if they were open, we had no idea because we had never been here before. We finally found the office only to see the gate closed with a giant lock on it, an open sign hanging on the lock with a phone number provided on the bottom. First of all I don’t know any place that’s open but locked shut. My boyfriend and I started yelling out for someone, started to knock of doors or ANYONE to be there. Only to discover that the whole place was abandoned.

We finally decided we needed to leave because nobody was there, so we were trying to book another hotel, when I looked at my bank account, this scam of a hotel took the my money and yet nobody answered the phone. The number was all of a sudden out of service even thought it was provided on every platform that you look this hotel up on. Aside from that no taxi services would come get us, they said we were too far.

DO NOT BOOK HERE ITS A SCAM.

So here’s the thing: This place probably used to be majestic, and the more people that stay there, the better I assume it will get, from the revenue generated. It’s currently mid-renovation, and only one of the big houses is even open. So you’re basically getting a studio apartment (maybe there are bigger suites) on the side of a Caribbean mountain (my cabbie said, “this is just a little hill…”). You CAN see the city and the water, but neither is all that close so rent your own car or spend more on taxis than the room. If you’re looking for a resort, this ain’t it. (We just went down to them tho.)

BUT if you’re like me, and what you’re looking for is an experience like the people who live in the place where you went, this charming little spot is great. The room interior was clean, comfortable, plenty secluded—granted we were there in the relative off-season, a mid-March weekend stay. So my five stars are probably a little misleading, but I would still recommend Boundless Bliss

Quiet, clean also Affordable. The only thing I dislike was getting taxis to and from the property, it’s on a hill. I didn’t feel comfortable renting a car so you only have Taxi or the Safari that stops in front. I found the Safari very helpful $2 and it gets you around the island but stop running at 7 PM. Overall, I really enjoyed St. Thomas and this hotel. Thank you for hosting my Birthday ❤️

We arrived at the posted checkin time but the front desk was vacant. No one to be found anywhere! We tried calling for 45 minutes and no one answered. The location is very isolated. We walked toward town and found a kind taxi driver who picked us up and took us to a nice hotel staffed with friendly people….what a concept.

Small hotel with great view of St Thomas Bay. Very comfortable beds. Mini kitchenette was nice. Hotel is in need of upkeep. It's a diamond in the rough. Hotel manager very helpful. Our room was only serviced once during our 10-day stay.

I hate leaving bad reviews but do not stay here. I simply asked for towels and toilet paper. 3 days go by and nothing. Office was closed. Who ever ran it kept saying she would bring them by. I finally switched hotels. If you do stay here bring toilet paper, towels, shampoo basically anything you need for a bathroom. Location is in the middle of no where.

Our 2nd time in St Thomas, overall our accommodations were acceptable, you get what you pay for. I do feel like the value for what you get was a little above average. The king bed was great and the open floor plan for our room was very nice. Its an older place which unless your staying at a hotel/resort you will feel like your living a little more like a local than a tourist, which is neither good nor bad. I believe its under new ownership and has was being renovated so I understand and want them to be successful, the response to questions or concerns was very prompt. Close to just about everything

Best view of the island you could ask for...a double payment was charged on my card and its taking forever to be refunded...the host/owner is real nice but her technology in terms of taking payment was not working thoroughly and she blamed it on my card having a hold which it did not...after the payment processed through a unsecured vendor my payment was charged twice resulting in a over draft in my bank. It needs to be upgraded a bit. But overall it was ok for the price!

Property is very remote, nowhere near beach, shopping or anything. No dining, not even a Coke or ice machine.
It was so remote, I did not feel safe. There was a man screaming next door. No pool. It’s about 10 rooms total. I would not have even checked in after seeing the dilapidated shape of the property & lobby, but my cab had dumped me off, it was starting to get dark, & I was absolutely exhausted.

Outside of property was filthy & moldy, with broken light fixtures dangling off fence posts.

Room was nothing like room pictured. It had stained, old, mismatched furniture, except the bed appeared new (no bedskirt). Room was well-mopped & dusted. Hot water worked. Bath mat backing was crumbling with age.

There was a mini-kitchen in the room with sink & clean fridge. Coffee pot did not work. No in-room -phone, no clock.

The lady at the desk was very angry when I told her I wanted to check out the next day, said I was required to pay for the entire 2 weeks I’d reserved on Expedia. My Visa showed charges for 2 days.

The Rasta lady has an attitude problem. She isn’t nice but play as if she is . She’s also a liar!
My room I check in wasn’t clean. Dead roaches .ceilings looks moldy. Dirt on the floor. Everything falling apart. I can go on and on. I still kept my cool even when dusty ass tempted my patience! I have pictures to prove everything as well !! I don’t even normally leave reviews but I had to. I can say that the property is quiet and the view is amazing that’s it.!!

The property sits high overlooking the ocean but the property needs a facelift. No one onsite in the office. Outdated furnishings, toilet overflowed, power outages made it inconvenient for us., so we had to leave after a long day of flying. We really need some of our money back.

Great hotel for the budget minded traveler! Property was nice and has super nice views! There is actually a small kitchen that does not appear to be advertised or pictured, but is an awesome feature! There appears to be 3 entrances to the hotel, but in all reality I think only one that is passible or drivable. It needs to be marked better or the unusable entrances blocked off. I found myself half way up the hill until I realized the old entrance was cluttered with fallen trees and sheets of tin metal. But, overall, they are super friendly there and the place is pretty awesome! I would stay again!

This hotel was a great option for my budget trip. The rooms were of good quality and the property boasts a great view of the island. Convenient location and the host was so responsive. She even upgraded our room when our stove was out of gas. Keep in mind that this place does not have a generator, so blackouts may affect you. We experienced them only one day of our trip, but they are really short notice and at the whim of WAPA so the host has no control of this. She was great at communicating with us about it though. Last couple things to note, the driveway up has some potholes (but we managed with a compact car) and there is a rooster nearby that woke me up a couple mornings (might be a bother if you’re a light sleeper like me, if not, you’d be fine). Overall a very enjoyable stay. Thank you, Boundless Bliss!

The staff was very helpful. Be ready for power outages!! Overall my experience was great:) fantastic view, working tv and AC, clean, small kitchen included. It’s a little far to walk anywhere but the dollar safari comes right through and takes you to either side of the island so it’s convenient enough. I would recommend!

This property has a lot of potential, but it is completely abandoned. From the moment we walked into the office it was evident it has not been cleaned in weeks. The surroundings look totally uncared for. We had two rooms and one of them had trash on the floor from previous guest. Our room was not terrible but definitely not clean properly. The only thing nice about this property was the view. This property should be inspected by the health department and closed until it complies with the minimum cleanliness requirements. It should also be removed from Hotels.com listing until is cleaned and inspected.

The view was beautiful. AC didn’t work in one of our rooms, took many hours to get it repaired. Once it was repaired it didn’t cool because the windows were broken. There was a scheduled rolling blackout that nobody told us about and the generator didn’t work so we had no power from 8:30-10:30 pm and it was very hot! There was no shampoo in either room and no bath soap/body wash in one room. Windows were broken and 1 door didn’t have deadbolt. Front desk was not attended and had to call to speak to someone.

The view was spectacular, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well. That said, the floor left our feet caked in black, multiple lights didn't work, there was a lack of bowls, silverwear and anything kitchen. There are exposed electrical wires all over the place as lamps have rusted away and are hanging loose. The yard is overgrown and there is a general lack of maintenance everywhere. The owners have grand plans for this facility but they need to address some immediate concerns that are really low-budget items. We won't stay here again.

The property is really amazing and staff is also pretty helpful. The view from the balcony was mind blowing.

The only problem is that there’s no restaurants near by for food delivery or dine in and I had to walk for 40 minutes to get to nearby convenience store to eat.

I would change the curtains and kitchen utilities. I found a cockroach in the bathtub and ceiling. Someone entered the room without my previous authorization.

In conclusion, I will not stay again nor recommend the place to someone.

None of the paintings were hung up on the wall, the mirrors and other decorative items. They were just sitting there as if the room was never finished being put together, the shower had hair in it from someone else along with left personal body wash. The desktops were dusty and around the hotel didn’t seem clean it was soot if broken items left. The patio furniture seemed abandoned as well filled with webs and dirt so you could t dit on it and the view of the ocean was covered by bushes and hedges.

Our stay at Boundless Bliss was so disappointing that we left a day early and found another hotel to stay at even though we had pre-paid for our stay. The floors were so dirty we couldn't walk around without shoes. It seemed like they were using the room as a storage unit with extra furniture parts piled up in the closet and random pieces in the room with not enough space to walk around the beds. The toilet seat was old with the finish coming off of it, and there was hair from someone else all over the room. And, they didn't even bother to come clean the room/change towels etc. while we were out during the day. Oh, and one of our two beds had damp bedding, possibly from a rainy day before we checked in? And one of the sheets had fresh blood stains on it. We couldn't bear to stay the second night so we booked another hotel for our final night in St. Thomas.

I will say this property has a good view, it’s far away from a lot of things so you may need a car rental instead of using taxi. Also if you are late to your reservation they will give your room away but they will give you another room.
