Everything you expect from a 5 star hotel. Good location with clean spacious rooms. The breakfast if nice with slight variation each day. Staff are very professional and helpful with all enquiries. The beach is also walking distance from hotel.

Overall, we had a good stay. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the amenities were great, and the staff was really kind and helpful. We arrived one day later than planned due to a missed flight, and when we got there, they told us our reservation had been canceled even though we hadn’t canceled it. The staff took care of the situation right away, which we really appreciated.
A few things could be improved. The room could have been cleaner — there was noticeable dust in the living room, especially under the couch. In the bathroom, we couldn’t use the overhead rain shower because it sprayed water all over the bathroom, and the bathroom trash can was broken. Also, there was no full-length mirror in the bedroom, which would have been helpful.
Aside from these issues, the stay was comfortable overall.

We loved our stay at the Delta Hotel it was in a great area and the staff were all kind and attentive particularly Veronica who checked us in and also remembered our names on the last day. The member of staff at Lewistons was wonderful too (unfortunately I do not remember her name.)

Sehr gute Lage, alles ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ein Spaziergang in der Umgebung bietet viele Cafés, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichen, etc. Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer wurde täglich sehr gut gereinigt und Wasser wurde uns immer nachgebracht. Auch das Frühstück ist umfangreich, es ist für jeden etwas zu haben.

Nice located hotel, nearby the beach and various restaurants and has a gym with seaview. The rooms are not too big and not very soundproof, that is a minus. The breakfast buffet is extensive. It is sad and a shame to see guests overloading their plates and eating only a part. Maybe the hotel can charge a fee for not eating all the food, against unnecessary waste.

I like the house keeping service they surprised me with a bath towel made dog when I walked into the room. That was a very pleasant experience being a solo traveller all these years.
One thing I would suggest for improvement is that the language of the front desk and ground floor cafeteria staff. They were not able to understand guests request and had to explain twice. With Delta hotel being 5 star I think staff working at front desk and customer facing role shall be much more fluent in speaking English.
Last day I went to front desk to ask if there was a adapter I could borrow as the socket on ground floor does not suit the adapter I used in my room, but instead of helping to resolve my problem he simply said no we dont have adapter. It was the girl from Cafeteria found a socket on the floor that suits my adapter and problem resolved. The front desk was not being helpful enough to resolve the issue raised when he could have helped to find a solution.
