All good and queit as good quaility windows. Came with all stuff needed for cooking and cleaning as well as a nice shower gel. Very close to everything. You can hear upstairs neighbours just walking around so bring ear plugs if youre a light sleeper.

Property management needs to be more helpful. There’s no body wash in the bathrooms, and the kitchen only has little to no soap left. We’re a family of four and arrived late due to flight and immigration delays. By the time we got there, the management office was closed, and the trash bags were so thin that we couldn’t even move the trash. The heating in our room was also excessive and couldn’t be changed no matter what we did. The rooms were well-located, but the management was too strict and unhelpful with everything, including the checkout time.

The location was outstanding and the ease of getting around could not be beaten. However the apartment while spacious was only very basic facilities. Details like dish cloth ( to clean benches) washing powder for washing clothes were not provided. The furniture is old and no personal touches such a cushions on the couch.

Clean, spacious great location few steps from public transport and touristic attractions and easier check in despite arrived after front desk was closed.

Only issue is that we were in a family of 5 (1 teen 2 kids. 2 adults) and we asked for 2 flats.

However the flats were in complete different buildings, very far apart each other.

We booked a same day accommodation, and send E mail and the passports in advance, so the staff knew it was a family.

Could have contacted us and told us the flats wouldn’t be closer / same building or replied our E mail.

Apart from that, was all good.

First the pros, then the cons.

Pros: Location was fantastic. Size of the apartment was also VERY large, especially for central Berlin. Kitchen was well appointed.

Cons: The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The entire setup felt as though they were checking off the boxes for items (all purchased at IKEA). The bathroom was very ill-designed (for example, there was no inner shower curtain, so after every shower, the entire floor was soaked). Also, the tub was extremely high step-in, so people with mobility issues should be aware of this.

Overall, the rooms presented in the picture are not representative of the entire property. Our apartment appeared to be renovated some time in the 80's. The location does really provide a lot of value, so that's not to be overlooked, but you should keep your expectations in line with the comments listed above.

The location of the property was the main selling point. Most major tourist destinations are within walking distance. There was limited shopping in the area and the kitchen/dining facility was almost non-existent (very limited menu and the hours of operation were limited). Room was clean, but very dated.

The apartment was very big and spacious with nice views. Very centrally located and walkable to a lot of popular areas.

The condition of some things could've been better. The shower was broken which they did not fix. The furniture was old and was ripped from parts. The bathroom was small compared to how big the apartment was. The communication can also improve. I got no response about check-in time as well as fixing the shower etc. The apartments are at different buildings than the reception, some 5-10 mins away- so the entire process is time consuming.

But overall worth the price for the location and space!

The room was very clean and well appointed, perfect for a multi-day stay. The online photos and description were accurate. The location of the apartment was perfect for exploring the city.

On the down side, the unit we had was very warm for October temperatures, even with the heat off and windows open, and it sat right above a steakhouse, so the odor of grilling meat was pervasive every evening. The bed was also very firm.

The apartment and bed were fine, though it seems just rude that they don't provide shampoo or even salt and pepper, or filters for the coffee maker, or soap for the washing machine. But the apartment was spacious, off a major street, and very functional.

This place is a dump. The buildings and elevator are gross. If you’re on the 8th floor, there’s no elevator access so you have to take stairs. They don’t have PILLOWS!!! Instead, it’s a blanket wrapped in a sheet to make it like a pillow. The bed had hair and the place was GROSS. When we raised the issues with the manager who said he’s also the owner, he didn’t care at all to do anything and doubled down that he told us there is no elevator and they do have pillows. Absolutely horrendous place to stay. There’s a reason it’s so cheap. By the way, no shampoo either even though it’s an “aparthotel”

This is a really nice property. The aparment that we were given was clean, spacious, and comfortable. For 3 of us we had plenty of space. It is within walking distance of so much. Brandenburg gate is 2 blocks away and there are a varity of restaurants around the corner. A grocery store a few blocks away near the Mall of Berlin. We easily walked from the museums. If visiting for the marathon, it is a perfect location and the price is reasoable for the location. The only drawback was that the apartment was not air conditioned but each room had a fanand it was only warm noon to early afternoon. It was 80 degrees when we were there but it cooled down nicely in the evening. The only other issue is that the property doesnot communicate well through the 3rd party messaging. I sent several messages via the 3rd party site (as directed) and received no answer. However, when we were communicating directly, they were prompt and helpful. It is a great property. Would stay there again.

Apartment itself was a little dated. There is no air conditioning so avoid staying in the warmer months. There is a washing machine in the apartment but no dryer. Plenty of space in the apartment. The location around the apartments are excellent for dining and shopping. Right around the corner from Mall of Berlin. Just be aware that the apartment you are given may be some walking distance away from the actual reception, as ours was.

Fantastic location. 1bedroom apartment with kitchen, TV room, bathroom and washing machine. The apartment is large in a secure building on 3rd floor with lift and 2 metal balconies. The facilities are functional but basic, beds are very firm, dining table, only 2 chairs, TV room with very low sofa that is not very comfortable. An extra pillow for the beds and cushions on the sofa would be welcome additions. Local restaurants, supermarket, and Berlin Mall are all close. 5 minutes from Brandenburg Gate, US Embassy, UK Embassy and French Embassy.

The perfect place to stay in Berlin

This place does everything right. I hate apartments with a kitchen where they don't supply a dish cloth to wash dishes, a larger one to dry, dish soap, or a cutting board. Its the little things that can make or break a place.

It was also spotlessly clean, excellently maintained and well laid out. Even though i arrived after their checkin cutoff time, the instructions were easy to follow. Bed was comfortable, couch was great to hang out on. And the location was perfect, central and close to so many museums, restaurants amd a huge grocery store.
My start there could not have been better!

Great , spacious apartment in a perfect location for viewing the sights of Berlin.
A couple of minor issues with the apartment, such as a damaged shower head but didn't cause problems.
Communication with the apartments could be improved. The charged my card twice in advance of arrival despite the booking being pay on arrival. They did refund one payment but still incurred transaction fee charges sadly.
Informed apartment I would be arriving after they close at 6pm, however I didn't receive instructions to pick up the keys until 5.55 which caused a bit of panic whilst travelling.

These old East German apartments, well located directly above Hitler's bunker are large but sparse. A long walk from check in to your apartment. The stairwells smelt of stale tobacco. Washing machine, no washing powder, coffee machine, no filters or coffee, kitchen no sink plug, no basics eg: salt, pepper etc, however overall enjoyed this East Berlin apartment.

Absolutely fantastic location, really easy to get to anywhere you need to go, walking or on several types of public transport. Accommodation itself is very dated and cleanliness was not great. I can't tell whether the properties are centrally managed or whether it is individually owned and people move out for guests, I can't seem to upload pictures to illustrate my issue with cleanliness and maintenance.

It was a large apartment with a comfy bed and it was lovely and warm. The location was in easy walking distance to the Brandenburg Gate, the Jewish memorial and in the opposite direction the Berlin mall. We did have an issue with our shower drain the first night, we reported it in the morning and by the evening it was fixed. We would stay there again.

SCAM OF A \"HOTEL\"

I arrived just a few minutes after 6 and the lobby was CLOSED. What kind of hotel closes their lobby at 6PM?! My train was late or I would have been their earlier.
I knocked and this guy was able to take me to this lock box, handed me a set of keys and paper map that was barely readable in the light much less as it waa starting to get dark.
This isn't a hotel but a sprawling two to three block collection of old soviet buidings SOME of which belong to the apartments and some that don't.
So here I was in a country I've never been to whose language I didn't speak as well I thought I did having rolling panic attacks after their employee left me in the dark to fend for myself. He even saw me having this panic attack and did nothing. I called emergency number MULTIPLE times and nothing.
I called Hotels.com to have them help me find another hotel - I'm crying, hyperventilating, clearly distressed and NO help.
I had to find a REAL hotel on my own through my panic and PAY extra I wasn't expecting for it.
Now both the apartments AND Hotels.com are REFUSING to refund my money after the emotional turmoil and suffering they put me through.
Oh and even though I never stayed there I got a mysterious $26 charge from the apartments too the day after I left Berlin.
This will be a stain on the memories of this trip
Go with a trusted brand of a REAL hotel but stay FAR away from this place.
And if they want me to take this down and go away they can refund my money!

A very spacious, comfortable, well
equipped, clean apartment. The heating was set perfectly, we were cosy after long walks around the city. The location was excellent, shops, restaurants and transport all within a 5 minute walk. Advice for future guests, bring shampoo, soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee etc, none of these basics are provided, nor indeed were they advertised as being provided. I would highly recommend.

Stay Here for Berlin Visit

Our first stop on our Bavarian vacation. This room was very comfortable and in a superb location. The staff was really friendly, and the only thing to improve upon is the parking, but that is not their fault and I’m pretty sure there is nothing they can do to make it more convenient. The room was right across the street from a convenience store and the Brandenburg Gate and Holocaust Memorial were almost right outside our door. 10/10

Great New Year’s Stay in Berlin

Apartment overall was spacious and very well located. Great kitchen and dining room area with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Smaller bedroom was very tight with the two twins. Bathroom was even tighter with very little ventilation. When we arrived, there were small gnats flying in the bathroom and bedrooms, but they did not bite and seemed to dissipate over time. The elevator was not working at arrival so we had to drag our bags up several flights of stairs, but it was fixed prior to our departure. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would stay with this company again.

The apartment looks like nothing in any of the modernly styled ones in the photos. It appears as though it’s been without an update since the 90’s. Communication was the worst. Despite several emails and phone calls, I didn’t get the code for entry into the apartment until later in the evening the day of my arrival and had already booked an alternative spot at a much higher cost after not hearing from them since I didn’t want to be without a place to sleep. I stayed at my first booking because the location was preferred.

We enjoyed staying at these apartments. The staff was very helpful when the WiFi wasn’t working and also provided an iron for us. Check-in and out was easy with instructions since it was after hours.
There are no toiletries except for one small bar of soap, and no condiments in the kitchen so bring your own. There is a small washer but we didn’t use it. From here you can walk to many places or take public transportation. Overall these apartments are perfect for a centrally located stay.

Some of the pictures on the listing are not exactly of the property. It is basically an old East German building and entry way has not been updated. The pros of the property are the location and cleanliness. The cons are it is an older, stark building and the elevator does not go all the way to the top. If you do not arrange checkin prior to your arrival, and you arrive after the office has closed, there is no way to contact anyone (no one answers the after hour phone) to assist you (with check in or any other issues). There is no air conditioning and we had to ask for fans- they only have one fan for each apartment and they assist very minimally.. A staff member mentioned they have over 400 apartments in the city and a full team of employees but their after hours support and overall flexibility to meet the customers’ needs was extremely poor. They were very rigid as to the check procedures. In addition, there was a communal coffee machine in the lobby, but had a sign “out of order.” While waiting to checkout, we saw several employees walk up and help themselves to coffee- one even laughed that the sign must be misleading for guests as they are prevented from using it but staff uses it right in front of them.

Great location, Spacious Apartment!

We loved the spacious apartment and separate bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed for us to spend a couple of nights eating in, which was very cheap. The large grocery store was only a 5 min walk (bring your own bags or buy some there), and the kitchen had plenty of pots, plates, utensils, etc.

Nice dinning table to seat 5 and living room area completed the amenities.

Location was great! The Brandenburger Tor U-Bahn/S-Bahn stop was a quick walk and allowed access to the entire city easily.

Apartment was close to shops, bars, restaurants and transport. Very easy to travel to all the major tourist attractions from this central location. We arrived late in the evening and were able to collect our key from a keybox using a unique core then formally check in the next day which was great.

Good location but the appartments have not been renovated in a long time, which gives off a sad vibe. No A/C in the roooms. Do not book during peak periods because you will end up paying a higher price.
