Ask for quiet room if you’re a light sleeper, Germany’s sirens seem amplified to the rest of the world 😂
Rooms were in great condition, aircon worked perfectly for hot or cold (it was unseasonably warm outside).

Staff were absolutely superb! My hairdryer wasn’t working and they replaced it immediately. Everyone always so friendly and engaging with guests when walking passed.

Breakfast was plentiful, well topped up and constantly flowing of dishes. Nothing ran out during a very busy period.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was huge - with something for each of our particular tastes. The breakfast hours were long which worked out perfect for us with our time zone change. Location of this hotel is very nice - close enough to walk or take public transportation. Our shower didn't get hot, and since the floor didn't slope to the drain, our bathroom flooded with each shower. Beds are hard.

The hotel is so centralky located being 5 mins walk from Alexanderplatz station. We had a room for 3, it was a bit cramped but was clean and warm. The staff are welcoming especially on reception and in the bar. Breakfast can be a bit chaotic when busy but is buffet style and there is a good choice. Lots to do in the area, great for the Christmas market. Good cocktails in the bar too. Can get a bit of noise depending on where your room is located. Really enjoyed my stay with you, thank you.

The rooms were great, and the staff was friendly. I liked that the hotel had good food and snack options as well. The only thing I didn't like was that my room specifically didn't have a refrigerator. It's a small price to pay since breakfast was included in the price you pay for the room, but it did impact the quality of the experience.

The Tesla chargers do not work in the parking garage.

When i arrived the garage was full. I had to park and walk 10 min walk to the hotel with luggage.

The next morning I was able to move my car to the garage and found the electric chargers broken(4 chargers)

Finally at checkout I could not exit the garage. I paid at desk and upon attempt to leave I could not . I pressed button for assist and the communication failed.

I went to desk to complain and it worked when I went back down. Just inconvenience

An excellent hotel, amazing breakfast each day. Very clean and modern with an excellent location. My only complaint was the mattress was so so hard. It was the same in another adjoining room.

The mattress is likely to be a personal thing, but was very uncomfortable for me and this was a poor night sleep.

Ither than this I would stay again.

Great location. 5 minute walk into alexanderplatz or can jump on the tram right outside the hotel. There is a stand in the reception where you can buy bus tours, etc and the lady there was so helpful! Staff were all really helpful and attentive. We had an issue with our sink and it was resolved by the time we got back in the afternoon. Breakfast was also lovely. Cannot fault this hotel at all.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent – just a short walk from Alexanderplatz, which makes it easy to reach many of Berlin’s main tourist attractions on foot. There is also a direct train connection to the airport, which was convenient.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist when needed. Our room was clean, modern, and a comfortable size.

There were, however, a few minor inconveniences. The in-room phone wasn’t working during our stay, and the door lock was a bit stiff and tricky to manage. The hotel also didn’t provide bottled water in the room – I’m not sure if this is standard practice in Berlin or just specific to the hotel, but it would have been a nice touch.

Overall, though, these were relatively small issues compared to the positives, and we enjoyed our time here.

We recently stayed 3 nights with my grand-children. The hotel offers excellent buffet breakfast!! is clean and centrally located. The front-desk staff were very nice and
when I called to say the safe=box was not working, 10 minutes later someone showed up to fix it. Great service.

Best hotel stay I’ve had.

Our stay was fantastic. The rooms were very comfortable with a lovely hot shower. Breakfast had a good choice on offer which changed a little each day. The hotel is situated right next to the tram and bus stop so it’s really easy to travel around. If you get a Welcome Berlin Pass online, it’s super easy.
Berlin is a fantastic city to visit.

Located close to Alexanderplatz U & S bhan,
the Hampton by Hilton offers a well connected place to stay.
From the outside it fits in with the other concrete blocks (although a new build rather than Soviet era adaptation) but rooms are excellent sound proofed and comfortable.
Breakfast was a superb unlimited continental choice.

Hi bed was terrible very hard creaked every time turned over needing to be replaced. Carpets needing a clean very dirty .Had too ask for towels to be replaced on second day room had not been cleaned no coffee milk was very disappointed as have stayed at Hilton’s before . Staff very friendly

I often stay here. I like it. This time the only problem was inaccessible wi-fi. The receptionist told me my password but that it would take about 10 minutes to connect. However, it did not connect at all.

It didn't spoil my stay but it was a pity all the same.

This hotel offers an excellent choice for staying near the bustling Alexanderplatz where you can find numerous dining, transportation, and entertainment options. This is not an option if you are looking for a breathtaking view, although that IS available at the Berlin radio tower which is a 10 minute walk away. The breakfast buffet was excellent and an easy way to start the day. There were cereals, eggs, sausages, pastries, yoghurts, and more. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It's a no brainer if you're looking to stay in this area and want a convenient, easy hotel. The ONLY thing I would like to change is not being able to open the window fully, but's that just a nitpicky thing and wouldn't stop me from staying here as the A/C is turned on only in the summer months.

I stayed for 3 nights for a solo weekend trip. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very decent with many options and available until 11.30am which was great. Location was amazing since it's next to Alexanderplatz. Staff was friendly and helpful. A minor issue was the soundproofing which wasn't great, every morning I could hear the doors of the nearby rooms (7th floor) banging and even feel the vibrations, which disturbed my sleep. Also, one morning there were small flies in the breakfast buffet area which was also not great.

Property was just ok nothing terrible nothing great, biggest gripe was pillows and bed were not good at all i requested extra pillows but never got them over the 3 days after requesting them multiple times. Also the shower drain was clogged and we asked to have someone come look into it and it never happened so we asked for extra towels to mop up the water that got out of the shower but never got them, I had to go down to front desk and finally got 1 extra.

A 10 minute walk from Alexanderplatz shopping area, restaurants and transport links. Easy walk to many of Berlin's highlights. Good clean hotel with excellent breakfast choice (although the scrambled egg worth a miss!). Well equipped gym. Room compact but clean, good shower. Comfortable bed. Sofa bed not so good, but ok for teenage son.
Not the greatest customer service, but we're helpful in allowing us to leave our bags on early arrival and until our late flight departure. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a short break if you don't mind the walk to get there.
