I stay at this hotel all of the time. staff are professional, rooms could be cleaner, but this hotel is in a very convenient location and is usually very busy. I will not stay anywhere else :)

The staff were very courteous throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, there was a snow storm, and apparently many staff members called out.

No housekeeping service; seriously, none.

Hotel has aged, and could use a mini rehab. Definitely replace the carpets & mini-frig(luke warm).

We reported a problem with the heater. The room was too hot. I was told they sent a technician to the room and all they seem to do was turn off the fan. It was never fixed. We had a busy schedule and I would’ve asked for another room, but did not have time there was also no signage anywhere suggesting that linens and towels would not be changed.

Staff is also my biggest concern and issue with this being an Hilton is the fact that I was put into a room that had no heat. I went out to get dinner came back the room was still an ice box. The wonderful night staff did Change my room soon as I made the complaint. Just was highly disappointed with this Hilton not already knowing the heat in that room did not work and put a guest in there. No one noticed not even the cleaning staff I just find that to be poorly handled. I recommend after a guest leaves and the room is being turned over everything should be checked for accuracy and working amenities. Maybe I should apply to help the next future guest to have a better experience than I.

This reservation is part of a 5 night stay.
The automatic doors did not work and the manual doors were HARD to pull open. With the cold temperature, this was not a good start.
First room smelled of weed and I had to be transferred. The key system was down so I had to be escorted to my room by the security whenever I came downstairs. The room was cold, so the security had to come back up to reset the thermostat. The next morning I went back downstairs to see if I could get a key and.... no luck. I finally received a key upon my return at around 6:30 pm. Saturday.
I went downstairs Tuesday for breakfast at about 9-9:30. I noticed the restaurant was dark. I asked the desk clerk if they were closed and she replied, yes. She didn't know why, but they would be closed for the day. She was kind enough to assist me with alternate choices. On my way upstairs, I noticed that the restaurant lights were on and a lady was behind the bar. I walked over and asked her if they were open and she said, Sure! By this time I'm puzzled but glad. I informed the clerk they were open and she said, \"I wish someone would have told me\".
The to go breakfast was served to me in a paper BOX. That's fine I guess if you're having lunch. But eggs over easy in a box? Yoke spreading in a BOX?
The staff was friendly enough, but there just seemed to be a lack of organization, communication, and coordination. Would NOT recommend this Hilton at this time. Maybe when some adjustments are made.

The staff was fantastic!

My rating falls low due to the condition of the room. The room at first glance looked unfinished due to places on the wall that looked touched up but not completed. Also, the air did not work. We like our room cold, and the temperature would not budge from 70 degrees. We had to open the window to cool day, which also concerned me as we were on the ninth floor with the ability to open the window the full way and there wasn’t a safety screen in place.

Additionally, we had to prop the door closed with a piece of card board due to it not latching correctly. We constantly heard it jiggling.

For the price I paid for the night, I was highly disappointed in the condition of the room.

The staff at the property were courteous and helpful, which we appreciated. The room itself was average and could use some attention. In the bathroom, the shower was missing towel hooks, with visible anchors and holes left in the wall, and the ceiling showed signs of wear and needed repair. The restaurant and breakfast service are connected to the lobby bar and felt limited and no-frills. Valet parking was also a challenge. Overall, the stay was fine, but there are a few clear areas where improvements would make a noticeable difference.

Check in was smooth, front desk staff were friendly. Our room didn’t get cleaned while we were there. Also, the towels and washcloths were stained. More than likely previous guest with makeup or something else that doesn’t come out. Would be good to properly check everything and replace with brand new items.

However the rooms while nice ,the furniture was worn, the heat was not controllable! and my phone did motel. I visit the hotel was a month. I M generally happy with the hotel but I think another more to my taste.

I had to change my room four times!! Unbelievable!! Hotel was short staff with limited basic services available. A friend had a medical emergency and had to be transported to the hospital. I called front desk multiple times to alert staff. No one even answered the phone. Unacceptable! Kudos to Albert (bell hop) for helping me move with a smile every time.
I normally enjoy this hotel. Not so much anymore.☹️

Giving 2 stars solely because of the awesome staff who hooked us up with a parking spot right by the entrance so we didn’t have to pay $25 to park down the block. Unfortunately, the room itself was pretty disappointing. There was a hair stuck in the washcloth, the toilet paper holder was broken, no cups in the room and only ONE hanger in the closet. For what we paid, I expected at least the basics to be in order.
Nice people working here, but the place definitely needs some attention and better upkeep.

These are my complaints about the room: 1) Within 5 minutes of being in the room we had to call the front desk because TV wasn't working. 2) No toilet paper holder so we had to sit the toilet paper on top of the counter. 3) On second day housekeeping did not clean the room and also left the door ajar.

Seems updated from our last visit, accommodations are vert good. Very quiet, bathroom very well maintained and bed was very comfortable. Very happy with the facilities, all staff and team. Parking is a severe problem. You have to pay and walk 3 to 4 blocks if you do not use valet, which we prefer not to. We could tolerate the issue if we did not have to pay 25.00 overnight. Thank you.

Great location. Easy to get to, just right outside the city limit in Bala-Cynwyd. Check in simple and easy. Staff always helpful. Parked right in front of hotel across the street. Usually we eat here, but due to late arrival and early checkout we couldn't. But food is always good and reasonable. Love this hotel.

There is only street parking, which is minimal. There is valet parking through the hotel for a fee, but only available until 11 and we were going to a concert so it wasnt available when we returned.
There was no toilet paper in our room upon arrival, fortunately housekeeping was down the hall working on another room so we asked for some.
Front desk staff was pleasant upon arrival and checkout.
Theres no free coffee bar or breakfast offered. But there is an overpriced coffee barista thats also a bar in the evening in the hotel lobby.
Overall my overnight stay was pleasant, but not worth the price in my opinion.

If you wanted breakfast, it's not complimentary! Coffee, egg sandwiches, yogurt parfaits, over nite oats. And some other breakfast options, you need to pay for. Our room was MEH.....Smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling, toilet paper holder ripped off the wall. The exhaust fan in the bathroom DID NOT work. And the fridge was not cold at all. Someone came when I asked about these issues, was told, I'd have to dirty up your bathroom to drill a new toilet paper holder. He was supposed to come back and fix the exhaust fan, he never did. Needed to call security regarding the safe in the room because previous people locked it with THEIR code so we couldn't even get it opened to set a new one. The fridge was just kinda cool with ice chunked up in the back of it. If we were there longer we were told they would've switched it out for a newer one. Shouldn't matter how long your stay is, and when paying 300 dollars a nite, I don't think a fridge that was colder was alot to ask for.. And also for 300 dollars a night, there also should be at the least, free coffee and pastries during your stay. The only positive words I have for THIS Hilton in Philly is.....the staff was very helpful and friendly. Paris Hilton doesn't need any more of our money. I bet she would've LOOOOVED to stay in THIS room...NOT!!!!
