Staff was pleasant and the room was clean, but there were a few oddities. The mini fridge in the cabinet is only on for 2 hours at a time and must be manually turned back on. So don't trust it to keep your drinks or food cold for an overnight stretch or during the day if you're out exploring.
Room 316 (2 Queens) had one comfortable bed and one that no longer offered anything close to support and was actually uncomfortable with its cavernous dip. That mattress is well overdue for replacement.

Check in was very slow. There was nobody even at the desk for a long period of time and then when it was finally our turn, they gave me a hard time about the card I was using for my security deposit, which makes no sense because it’s a major MasterCard that I use for all my traveling. I was not aware they paid an extra additional fee to pay for parking. There was lots of small children running around unsupervised the hotel staff did not seem to care.

Sign in hotel said $15.00+tax to park your car whitch came to $20.00 per night. Charged $21.00 for the same breakfast buffet that is complementary at other places. Also this hotel lets you know you booked thur a third party and treats you differently. Im done with Marriott and third party bookings.

I rated my stay Good and not excellent for 2 reasons . I had top pay for parking at the hotel which was an unheard for me in prior experience at other hotels. And second , i was told that i will get fine for smoking and/or candle in my room due to smoke alarms which is absolutely fine , But once i stepped into the elevator it stank like Marijuana which raised a lot of questions for me...

The room and hotel were immaculate - no complaints there. I was disappointed that a microwave was not available when I checked in. It would be a great improvement to have a microwave in every room. I have strict dietary needs and appreciate being able to heat up my own food. Also, I was promised one the second day but it never arrived and had to ask again. It was brought too late for me to use much. The other major issue was there were too few handicapped parking spaces out front. I was told there were more out back, which was helpful, but with my mobility issues it was difficult having to move my car. And my room was two long hallways from the elevator on the third floor. I was in terrible pain but couldn’t get a room closer to the elevator. Next time if I stay here, I’ll request a room closer to the elevator. I found the front desk staff to be inconsistent on whether I could get a microwave and other issues, but on the other hand they were also very helpful and understanding when I had to check out early due to an impending snowstorm. The location is great, as my daughter lives very nearby. And the bed was super comfy!

I was on the 4th floor. The room itself was fine. It was EVERYTHING else. I stayed from Friday night until Monday morning (3 nights) first night was ok, except I had to try the shower a handful of times before I could get hot water. Then the party started on Saturday! I left in the AM after a cold shower and ran some errands returning in the afternoon to relax and work in my room. Apparently there was a “birthday party” in the first floor hall and the volume and bass from the music was incredible. It was shaking my windows in my room in the 4th floor for hours. No work or rest was possible. While looking for the source of the deafening bass I realized that the hotel (specifically 4th floor) was the location for a number of other parties of some sort. I can’t tell if the hotel is being used as an indoor waterpark or exactly what but groups of young children were running through the halls ALL NIGHT and into the early morning. Running from room to room, screaming, slamming doors, knocking on doors to be let in, and generally being loud as possible. This went on until like 6am. I guess they were also playing in the showers in the other rooms because again, there was no hot water all night. Again, no rest. Emerging from my room in the AM the amount of trash kicked out of the rooms into the hallway was amazing. It was like the aftermath of a parade. There was also a staggering amount of litter and trash in the parking lot.
Something wild goes on here on the weekends.

Room on arrival first day was not clean. Empty water bottle in bathroom and hair all over bathroom. The staff was really nice and friendly. The only thing was not having more then roll of tiolet paper in room and had to asked 2 times when I was out asked at 7:30 am didn't get till around 2pm. They did make things easier for me being there myself when husband was having heart surgery. Having to get adding extra days.

Hotel is rundown, dirty, and hallways smell like mold. I was awoken every night of my stay at 12:30am due to people yelling in the front of the hotel near the cigarette dispensers and the noise carrying up to the 5th floor. Manager refused to give my family of 4 any additional towels and we were told to share and reuse.

Room was very dirty. Stains on almost everything. The one exception was the sheets, thankfully. Found short and curly hair on a lampshade. Toothpaste splatters on surfaces in bathroom. Grime pretty much everywhere. Toilet seat installed crooked so one side sinks in when you sit. Desk chair was broken so I could not lock it in upright position. I have pictures of everything but unable to upload in this form. Very disappointed.

This property is due for some updating. As a marriott member, I am use to excellence from marriott and this property does not represent that. Also if you are going to charge for parking at least have a secure area for the cars, the parking lot is shared with other businesses.

The room was ok, but it was so hot and even we put the temp to 68 it felt like 90. Everytime the AC turns on it sounds like a busted carburetor. Visible water damage on the ceiling that the popcorn ceiling was peeling off

The front desk staff were very friendly and courteous and very helpful. The room was clean and looked pleasant. The bathroom was clean. The window view was the back of a building so not a great view. And we were right above a delivery area so heard the noise of the delivery truck emptying. Overall we would definitely stay again when in town.

The tub stopper did not fit, so we could not take baths. I called Guest Services, there was no answer. I went to reception and spoke with the manager, who said the hotel was full so they could not move our room, and facilities was unstaffed at the moment, so he could not help us nor give us a new tub stopper to try. Breakfast staff sat around and I had no go up to the bar to get service and ask how I could obtain breakfast. Lastly, there were no forks or knives at the breakfast buffet. When I asked restaurant staff, they said we had to \"sign out\" a fork and knife using our room number. This is ridiculous, and not Marriot-level service. Nice accommodations, nice pool and gym, mediocre service.

Close enough to the city yet quiet and convenient. TGIF and Panera next door very handy. Hotel front desk and coffee shop staff were courteous, went out of their way to answer questions/concerns. Room was well appointed, comfortable and large enough for our 4-night stay. Coffee supplies were not refilled for few of our days but the front desk offered us complimentary coffee at the excellent on-site cafe/restaurant. We appreciated the very convenient and friendly shuttle service a couple of times to center city. All in all, this will be our choice of hotel next time we visit the wonderful city of Philadelphia!
