I was checked into a room that had a clogged sink with standing water. The staff kindly switched me into another room. The shower in the 2nd room had a slow clog and while showing you would end up with standing water. The rest of the room was very clean and nice. The free breakfast is decent and included which saves on your wallet given the town is very touristy and expensive.

The hotel looks seemed nice and modern, however they had some maintenance that they conducted from 8pm to almost midnight that was not very ideal. The cleaning was ok and the lady in charge was very friendly. The room itself was clean but unfortunately I have to say we got bed bugs. I guess the beds were not disinfected and now I have to disenfect my whole house.
They were not very prepared of you have a small baby or toddler. Even though they had a crib the person that brought it didn’t even provided the bedding for it, and when ask she gave us just a big sheet. The breakfast was alright.
I guess the most annoying thing when you stay at an hotel is getting bed bugs! First time this happened to me though.

Staff was not very friendly when checking in. Standing there holding all our stuff. Requesting car, make, model, license plate. I can understand the car make and model but making someone go out to car three times when you’re arriving late and the place is clearly not fully filled was a bit frustrating. There was also a high pitched alarm sound that kept us up throughout the night. After being a very loyal customer here for many stays I think we will look elsewhere next time.

We were looking for a room for one night and didn't want to spend a fortune since we were going to be out doing activities. This was a decently priced room and overall good quality. The floors were dirty, our socks were brown on the bottom after walking around, but otherwise we didn't have issues. Parking is on site but tight squeeze between support columns. Check in and check out staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not eat breakfast there.

Last minute trip to Pigeon Forge with my wife. Hotel staff was professional. Hotel was clean. We enjoyed our room with a fireplace. Only complaint would be that the walls are thin and you could hear sounds outside your room and next the adjacent rooms. Breakfast was great with offerings of hot and cold food items. I would stay here again.

I really wanted to like this hotel. It had a beautiful lobby and the rooms seemed quite modern. However the parking is scary. The spots under the building have a lot of concrete poles to maneuver around and the spots are right.

My room reeked of urine, so I had to switch rooms and the second room reeked of smoke.

Then the wardrobe door wouldn’t shut.

I had a room with an adjoining door so I heard everything next door.

The heating unit was so loud that it woke me up every time it turned on. I did not sleep well. The beds are fine.

The sink is in a tight spot with no counter to put your toiletries.

Won’t stay here again even though it’s a great location and a good price.

Room was not clean. The first time I have ever had to wash my feet off before getting in bed! This is unfortunate since we liked the location and front desk workers. Parking is tight with a slope in areas but they have a side lot that is flat. Would not chance staying there again because of the dirty floors that had not been cleaned in awhile.

The rooms are small and not very clean. The walls are VERY THIN and you can hear everything. We did not sleep at all. You could hear people in the halls, doors slamming all night long, kids screaming and crying and our neighbors alarm. We asked to be moved to another floor and the front desk stated that we would have to check out and check back in at 3. We did so only to have them move us 3 doors down! The floors are sticky, the tub was greasy or slimy and fixtures had stains in them. The air conditioner froze is out at night, even though it was set on 72 or 74 it kept cooling until it was 68. The wifi was slow and kept dropping and the TV was terrible. Also, there isn't a blanket on the bed, just a coverlet that is as thin as the sheets. We left early but be aware that if you do they do not refund you. We cut our losses and left. This was marketed as a luxury hotel but it was not. I would save your money and go somewhere else honestly.

Hotel seems to still be under renovation. There were a lot of construction sounds and terrible paint smells in the hallways. The walls are incredibly thin (more so than usual hotel thin walls). The fireplace didn't work properly. The parking lot is small and packed every day with a very steep entrance.
Called and asked for more towels and was told \"Ooh that will be a hot minute.\" We never received any.

I paid Over $400 a night for two nights at a so called luxury Hotel. A Hampton Inn is a luxury hotel compared to LeBlanc. Unreported construction going on, breakfast paid down. Big gouges our the wall, leaky ice machines, smell of paint though the hall. Arrived to find the faux wood floor stickly and filthy. Asked they clean while we went to dinner. Came an pushed the dirt around but still nasty and sticky. Wife's socks turned black walking across the floor one time. Brought us towels and took our trash but didn't clean anymore and didn't make the bad. Can't recommend this place and would never consider staying again. It was so bad I'm contacting Brad LeBlanc at Best Western directly. He has a brand issue.

Not bad for the price. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night, breakfast was decent. Cons: Wi-Fi is poor. It kept disconnecting and the TV operates off WiFi apparently because it kept freezing as well. Cell (5G) is horrible during the day in the area due to the number of people on the network so not having a steady WiFi is troublesome (unless you don’t have work to stay connected to then your good). Second- the sink and tub was horribly slow to drain. We requested them to check our shower drain however no one came. Last, the rolling office chair in our room was assembled wrong so sitting and leaning forward to tie shoes resulted in almost being tipped out of it.

They messed up our reservations and told us the manager called us because they didn’t have the room we booked. (Why? Yet didn’t call) and we cancelled our room. Said our card was declined yet charged our card! Started a new booking for friends but to start a new booking for us would be $200 more! Busy weekend and many places full, they really left us in a terrible bind. Will never stay there!

This hotel is on a property that is too small for the building.
The parking is very limited, as it is mostly underneath the building which is supported by 3 foot diameter concrete posts on a side hill. The posts take up a lot of space from the parking spaces.
We stayed for 6 nights. There is basically no ventilation in the rooms. It was a hot week ( high 80’s ). We went out for the day and set the a/c at 68. When we got back around 11 pm the room was as damp as a cave. The bedding was wet and the clothes in our suitcases were wet when we unpacked at home 6 days later.
We tried the breakfast on 2 days. It is basic and was short of most items with an hour left to go.
The front desk staff are friendly enough but the cleaning staff were too busy on their phones to even apologize when they hit your legs with the laundry cart getting off the elevator. We had stayed here 2 years ago because it is convenient to walk to the LaConte center, and that was why we chose it again. We will not be back.

Floor felt sticky. Parking is tight. Forced to park close to poles. If you have a big vehicle you better check in early so you can get a spot. Not necessarily the hotel fault but there was a lot of noise very early in the morning. Kids running and screaming. Felt like housekeeping couldn’t wait for us to get out as they had a cart parked next to our room by 9:30 am.

We thought our room was very nice. The only thing we didn't like was the bathroom was smaller than I thought it would be. Other than that, we were very happy with the room and hot daily breakfast. Hotel staff were excellent, good location. Very clean rooms; advertised queen beds, not; full beds at best, very uncomfortable. Parking was not easy or good; large concrete pillars took up most of the parking spaces available. Upon checkout, we were charged almost $300 extra because the room/s (we had 2 booked) wasn't completely charged at check-in; when I called to inquire, they had to refund me over half of that money back. Not good practice financially.

Our room was across from the elevator and ice machine. I was awakened several times through the night by other guests getting Ice or coming off the elevator. The walls a paper thin and we could hear the conversations of the other rooms beside us along with those in the hallways. The cleaning staff was very loud in the mornings as they were in the hallway. The bedding was very uncomfortable and not warm at all. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room its self was clean but there was a lot of dampness from the AC. Overall we would not stay there again. It wasn’t worth the money we paid to be there all weekend.

I will never stay in this hotel again. When we got to our room, the floor was dirty, most of the furniture was heavily damaged, the blind on the window would not pull down, the shower had a wad of hair in it from the previous guest, the mirrors had not been cleaned in a very long time, and the bed sheets were dirty. When I pulled the sheets back, there was actual chunks of dirt in the sheets. Also, the mattress was like a board.

The property was convenient to get to and staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and the fireplace was a nice addition. The parking lot is a tad bit cramped, we could hear our neighbors phone alarm at odd hours, and the biggest issue was the humidity output of the AC made our room incredibly sticky. Overall, I would stay here again since the location was close by to everything downtown.

The young woman was working alone (under staffed) and we could come down to lobby to get new batteries for TV remote. Still didn’t work. My 2 grandsons were not happy!!! > PARKING is an issue! Not noticeable during the early hours of the day but once it gets dark a spot is hard to find. Pillars so make any open spots a challenge to fit in.

> Rooms circulation ventilation is very poor. It was very humid, muggy, clamy.. which made sleeping and feeling refreshed after a shower or for any reason very challenging.
