Most of the resort was wonderful. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, the property is beautiful, well maintained, and easy to navigate. The pools and lazy river were extraordinary and there seemed to be a bar everywhere you turn so no shortage of drinks! The only problem is the food, the best restaurant was the Japanese steak house it was the best meal we had there but probably the worst Hibachi I’ve had…there were multiple places to get French fries and thankfully so because that was really the only good food…the question have you found good food? Was asked to us by multiple people and it seemed to be the consensus that the fries were good…they do have a coffee shop with good coffee and decent pastries but overall if you’re a foodie this isn’t the place for you. It was a wonderful getaway and I don’t regret going but I don’t think I’ll go back…if good food isn’t important for your trip then this is the place for you, I have zero complaints about anything other than the food quality!

This is a fabulous resort. Food was on point. The staff goes out of their way whether it be bartenders waitress housekeeping they are all fantastic. The only downfall is if you want a chair or a cabana by the pool, you have to get up by 6 AM.

Wonderful experience especially our butler Jose made things run smoothly. He made our reservations even on his day off and made sure we had our fridge stocked. It really allowed us to relax and feel taken care of.
Maintenance on resort needs a bit more attention. Water leaked from our shower into the main room through the wall which was concerning.. the staff and our housekeeper made us feel well looked after

We stayed in the adults-only El Beso section at Ocean El Faro in Punta Cana and enjoyed a solid, relaxed no-kids vibe—mostly.The adults-only lobby was fantastic: elegant, spacious, and welcoming with comfy seating. The resort isn't overly massive; fewer rooms in El Beso gave it an intimate, less-crowded feel, with easy access to quieter spots.Grounds are attractive—nice landscaping, multiple pools (El Beso pool a highlight), beach access. Adults-only perks like dedicated bars and areas kept things peaceful.Rooms were functional but dated: some wear, nothing luxurious, though AC and basics worked fine. They could use a refresh.Biggest downside: the lounge chair situation. Had to wake at 5am for prime pool/beach spots; towel-reserving was rampant despite policy. It turned relaxing mornings into a hassle—common in Punta Cana, but frustrating here.Dining was convenient: most restaurants along a promenade with great themed décors. Options included Japanese (our favorite), Mexican, French, Italian, American, steakhouse. Food was decent overall. Service friendly, though waits for food/drinks happened—staff still worked hard.Gift shop had everything needed. Coffee house offered wonderful brews, even if lines hit 45 mins at peak.Standout staff: Jose our butler was phenomenal—top communication and effort. Naomi at the pool bar: friendly, fast, made days easy. Carlos at El Beso lobby bar: fun gentleman; resort's lucky to have him.Overall, El Beso delivered a laid-back escape.

Our 4th trip to El Beso at Ocean El Faro was fantastic. The food is always excellent. We opted for the buffet 6/7 nights as we’ve tried all of the restaurants and for our dietary preferences (higher protein) the buffet was our main choice. SO many options and fresh food.

We had breakfast every morning at Pez Dama on the adults only side. Fantastic food as well. We made our own yogurt bowls, had fresh honey comb and delicious fruits.

We aren’t big drinkers at all, maybe 1 cocktail at night. We were very happy with the Fresca Bar to enjoy fresh pressed juices! We snagged some bananas from the buffet and some muffins to go from Mike’s Coffee to enjoy in the evening.

As this is our 4th time here, we’re pretty well versed in everything however to our surprise, booking with Expedia got us the use of a butler which we weren’t expecting. The turn down service was nice, but to be honest we could’ve done the things the butler said he’d do 10x faster ourselves. We aren’t very high maintenance so found this service lackluster just needing some water here and there.

My one and only complaint this vacation was the gym! Holy moly. As we attend the gym everyday, the kids from the tennis tournament were also utilizing the space making it extremely crowded, coaches saving equipment until the athletes got there. It wasn’t great. I’d suggest the athletes have their own separate fitness facility and leave the gym for hotel members.

Loved the rooms and resort overall, the staff are very hard working and super nice. We had Reinaldo Sanchez as our guest experience specialist. He is the greatest always gave us an itinerary of all the activities for the days of our stay and also made all the reservations for the restaurants. The rooms clean and the bartenders 100 out of 10 as well as the food were really good and a lot of variety. Will definitely go again and definitely 100 percent recommend.

Such a wonderful vacation! The resort is kept very clean. I love all the cats and the doggy that hang around. You definitely don’t go hungry, lots of food to choose from. That staff are all amazing, especially Reinaldo Sánchez, guest experience specialist. He was just a quick text away to answer any questions and he was able to make all our dinner reservations for our group of 8 for the week. He definitely goes above and beyond to make sure you are having a good time!

The pools were clean and the grounds around the resort were very clean and well kept. Staff at pools engaged with guests. Service workers were attentive and respectful.
We had a rooftop room and everything, including the jetted tub on the roof, worked great. The A/C kept our room at the perfect temperature and dampness was never an issue. Housekeeping and mini bar service were timely; always respecting whether we had Do Not Disturb up, or not.

We just returned from the El Beso at Ocean El Faro and the stay was nothing short of amazing!The staff were all great. Suhaya at the lobby bar and the staff at Mike’s coffee shop and restaurant were all fabulous.

The person who stands out the most was our concierge CARLOS ENRIQUE. Even before the trip started he sent us his information, on our first day he introduced himself and was an absolute gem throughout the entire trip; he got us amazing reservations at all of the À la Carte restaurants. When our room key accidentally stopped walking he was readily available to assist us. He would also send us the daily schedules of the resorts activities. Also, reserved our airport transfers. He made our vacation quite easy and seamless.

The restaurant food was great and the pool bar staff were friendly and kept the drinks coming. A fabulous resort with amazing staff who always makes sure you were happy and you had whatever you needed. Thank you Carlos and staff for the best vacation yet!

Just return 2/3/26 from a 29 day trip to Puna Cana, stayed at the El Beso ocean el faro. It was a great trip all around that we would do again. The staff everywhere in the hotel was exceptional, they are what makes this place what it is today. One person that was a big standout to us was our Butler, Jose, he was extremely professional and presented himself very well. Any request I had he took care of it in a timely fashion.The next time we go back, I will request him as my Butler.Thank you jose miguel jimenez for making our vacation, one of the best we ever had.

We had two rooms in El Beso. We had cold showers all week. We had to ask multiple times for water to drink in the room. Also in my room there were no washclothes and the robes were in poor condition and neither had belts to hold them on, and no slippers. I asked several times for washclothes and none were delivered. I ended up catching the cleaning ladies and obtaining my own. Beds and pillows were nice. TVs were difficult, nearly impossible to use as the remotes would not turn them on, and English channels were hard to find. Need instructions provided. I found a very small button under the TV to power it on. Drains in the sinks would not drain water appropriately.
Office staff were great and helpful. Resort room service staff were not. They'd say they were going to deliver and then wouldn't. Very frustrating week for us, and expensive. We did not get what we paid for.
The food was fair at best but food service was great. Pools and bars were nice. Lounge chairs and covered lounges need fixed, many broken parts.
The beach! Was jagged rock everywhere, not the resort beach we expect. Needed full shoes in water to prevent damage to feet.
Overall, room supplies need a makeover, water needs fixed so showers are not a freezing experience, and food needs to have more flavor, most foods were very bland. No salt or pepper even available. Many restaurants offer the same food.
And, compliants during the stay need active responses.

My wife and I stayed at El Beso adults only at Ocean El Faro we had also upgraded to privileged from January 13th thru the 27th. Food at all the restaurants was good , some could have been better but food is a personal preference.
Housekeeping was amazing, it seemed like you would leave for 5 minutes and come back and they were done and gone. The rooms could use a little TLC but they are working at it every day.
Bartenders and wait staff all over the resort were very good, management could help them out a little during the busier times of the day but they work their tails off so be patient if you have to wait a bit.
The one negative that I would like to briefly mention is that the music is way to load around the pool area and in the theatre. I love music and entertainment but it’s nice to not have to wear earplugs while watching a magic show.
There are 4 staff members that are around the activity pool that I want to say thanks for making our vacation special. Francis and Juan Carlos (bartender), Victor (privilege pool concierge) Cappuccino (activities). I apologize for not being able to elaborate and thank more people by name. The one person we would really like to thank with a very loud thank you is Jose Miquel our butler. He took care of us like we were family, checking in with us by what’s app multiple times but finding us at the pool every day to personally check on us. He went above and beyond that one day to arrange for us to get to a personal appt. In town. Thank you

The resort is beautiful. However, and I do not know if it was because I visited during an off season, there were many amenities either not working or unorganized. For example, the resort offers activities to partake in [i.e. archery, painting, etc.]. However, it isn't thoroughly explained where it is held. When asking employees, they themselves did not know where the event was.

Our elevator for our building wasn't working and I did not see anyone fixing it during my 3 day stay.

Lastly, my rooms electricity stopped working and I did not recieve any assistance after calling until the next morning when I made a complaint in person. I called 3 times waiting for assistance and no one came.

I was able to relax on the beach and by the pool, but these issues refrain me from saying I enjoyed my stay to the fullest.

From our very first day at the resort right through to getting on the shuttle to leave, he was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in making sure we had the best experience possible.

He went above and beyond in every way — especially when he helped my fiancé plan the most perfect beach proposal. Every detail was handled with care, professionalism, and heart. To top it all off, he also arranged a private fine-dining dinner experience for us to celebrate, which was absolutely unforgettable.

I cannot say enough about how grateful we are for Reinaldo and his involvement in making our stay a true 10/10. If you’re staying at Ocean El Faro El Beso, you are so lucky to have him — he is a huge reason we’ll remember this trip forever.

We spent an amazing week at El Beso. José Miguel was our go to guy. He was awesome with anything we needed. Dinner reservations, cake for a friends birthday, water and all other things we need. Property was beautiful, you can find a quiet area or if you want to be social lots of places with activities. Beaches is nice. Ocean in front of resorts was really rough but a beautiful lagoon was to the side. We had great meals at the restaurants we went to. I would recommend this resort.

This resort is top tier if you want somewhere to relax and enjoy yourself, with a mix of fun and entertainment.

The rooms were scrubbed daily, floors mopped and all requests followed as asked - Very clean!

The staff and their service is what stood out the most - in the best way possible. From the start, it was an amazing experience. Jose, our concierge, is the one who made the trip even better with his incredible service. We never had to worry about reservations, and he continuously made sure we knew about all of the activities going on that day. Even on his days off, he was available at any time - I would go back to El Beso just for his service.

It doesn't end there ; Ramon at Bluemoon has service that you could put up against anybody in the world ; Naomi at the pool bar made sure the drinks were never empty, all whilst keeping the energy up and having a smile - no matter the weather! All of the F&B staff were amazing and we didn't have a single bad experience.

Overall, I would book this resort again in a heartbeat - it's a shame the trip wasn't even longer.

We stayed at El Beso at Ocean El Faro and overall had a good experience. The resort is very large and offers a lot to do, with a fantastic entertainment team that really makes the atmosphere fun and lively.

We stayed during NYE in a Junior Suite with a rooftop, and the room itself was spacious. The AC system and ceiling fan worked very well, which was much appreciated. That said, the room could definitely use some renovation. We didn’t have the hanging chair shown in the photos, one of the sinks was leaking, and the USB charger didn’t work. Our butler, Carlos Enrique, was very responsive and quickly arranged for someone to fix the sink. The USB still didn’t work, but we found a workaround.

Carlos truly stood out—he was very helpful with dinner reservations, daily communication, and any requests we had, which made our stay much smoother.

The Blue team at the pool was excellent and kept things energetic and fun throughout the day. The pool area itself was enjoyable, though it could have been cleaner at times.

Overall, despite a few maintenance issues, we had a good experience thanks to the service and entertainment, and we enjoyed our time at the resort.

I want to predict by saying the best part of this resort is by far the food in the air down restaurants. The food saved this review.

I wanted to love this resort so bad. There were some amazing things, and EXTREMELY frustrating things. When we first arrived we upgraded to “Privilege”. Roughly $130 per day additional per couple on the Adults only El Beso where we already had reservations. We did not expect it to be the Ritz, but expected real amenities…. It was spotty service to say the least, at times very good communication, and decent service……. However, everytime we hoped upgrading would be worth it, we were let down. Only do this is you book privilege ahead, and get the specific rooms on the beach. The privilege section on the beach is laughable. No one wants to sit 200’ back from the BEAUTIFUL ocean. However having all of 20 chairs on the beach for the entire Adults side is asinine. The private beach to the side of the beach is where everyone goes, and they should honestly look in to taking it over and cleaning all the trash off of it. It was a gorgeous beach with Mountain View’s!!! Please also clean the trash off the other side! It’s crazy….

We booked a rooftop jacuzzi room. Do not book this room. When we’re arrived to our room and the main toilet was not functional to start. There were so many issues with this room 17307. The fridge sounded like a plane taking off and was not once stocked for our “privilege” status. I don’t have enough characters to finish……..

We truly enjoyed our stay at El Beso at Ocean El Faro. There were plenty of amenities and activities for everyone. The staff was courteous and attentive, and even though we opted to be environmentally conscious and did not request daily bed changes, housekeeping still came in and kept the room consistently tidy.
The idea of using bracelets to identify guest groups while also serving as room keys is such a neat and convenient concept. As someone who is very mindful of the environment, I was especially impressed that the air conditioning automatically turns off when the balcony door is open.
I do have one small suggestion: consider making the pastries bite-sized. They all look so delicious that guests want to try several, but many end up half-eaten, which leads to unnecessary waste.

First off I would like to say that some of the staff were okay. However, the resort is a total rip off. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Where do I begin. 1) When I got there I was quoted a price for my friend. I wanted to pay it right then but was told that the card reader was not working. When she arrived the next day the price miraculously went up by $ 500. 2) the resort needs a total facelift. The rooms old and dirty looking. 3) the food was awful Breakfast, lunch and dinner. 4) The resort lied
about it being Adults Only. There were kids everywhere. It was a disaster.

If you are thinking about visiting here please think again. For what we paid to come here it was absolutely not worth the money. As others have said, they claim to be, and charge customers as if they are a 5 star resort which they clearly are not. The service was generally bad with a few exceptions, rude employees, grumpy bartenders, every sit down meal we had was messed up, one entree would come out but not the other, the server would forget apps or desert if ordered, so we ate at the buffet the rest of the time and one of us got sick (possibly food poisoning). The spa couldn’t find our appointment or the woman after us. We were assigned a concierge to make reservations and help us navigate the resort though he was nonexistent until the second to last day when he shared a daily newsletter that showed what was going on there each day which would have been helpful on day 1 as we were there on NYE with no idea what they were doing to celebrate. Aggressive timeshare sales people trying to sell some BS timeshare program that clearly was a scam. When we went to leave after standing out front waiting for our ride next to a few employees for 20 minutes they wait til our ride gets there to tell us we need to check out first, rather than share that in the 20 minutes we are standing there, so we run back to tell them we are leaving. Very chaotic and inconsistent service, rude employees and staff and dirty rooms. If your thinking about visiting here please do not do it.

This was a lovely property with lovely staff. We did have some minor issues with noise outside our room in the middle of the night due to a pool table and pingpong, and it rained a lot one day and we had 2 leaks in our room. But upon speaking with the manager Manguel, he went above and beyond for us. He moved us to a beach front, suite with 2 rooms and all the amenities. We did notice too, that he took immediate action and the next time once the gazebo was closed they staff had taken away the pool cues and rackets. So no more late night noise.

He checked in us often, booked dinner reservations, sent updates on daily activities and really enhanced our experience. Had a great stay at the El Beso Ocean El Faro. Both hotel lobbies were stunning! Our room was amazing and our concierge, Kevin, ensured we had everything that we needed during our stay.

I will say it would be nice if there were more restaurants on the El Beso side, but the one restaurant was great for dinner. Absolutely recommend the ribeye steak for dinner! My partner and I spent a lot of time on the family side just because there was a lot more activities and majority of the restaurants there along with the main entertainment. Very fun! My partner and I really enjoyed the free bowling on the family side and the lazy river!

On the El Beso side we were so appreciative of the pool table and ping pong table side by side and free on that side as well. The pool was more quiet but it was great because we were able to get a cabana/bed every time we lounged by the pool.

Overall, for the price we paid it was an amazing value. Amazing room, great service, so many activities and beautiful hotel.

El hotel estuvo muy bueno y superó mis expectativas. Tiene bastantes áreas para entretenimiento, así como, áreas tranquilas. Tiene diversidad de restaurantes para la hora de la cena que son un plus. El steak house se lleva todas las estrellas, el servicio de Nicolas fue increíble. De igual forma, Raquel quien te recibe antes de entrar es muy amable. En cuanto a los demás restaurantes, Isaac en el Pez Dama fue muy amable también. Los tragos preparados por Elena en el Bar del lobby son increíbles.

Respecto del concierge asignado, la asistencia fue buena. Tenia muy buena disposición en ayudar y preguntar si nuestra estadía necesitaba algo adicional.

I came here with my husband to celebrate my birthday and Kevin helped him surprised me with a delicious cake at dinner and when we got back to our room it was decorated with balloons, and a bottle of champagne. Maria la que hace los smoothie hizo un buen servicio, los animadores muy excelente, David Jiménez(guineo) estuvo súper también muy chévere el chico, se destacó.

Alexander Tavares, Miguel de las maletas entre otro chicos fueron excelente, tienen un equipo en estas personas que se esmeran en hacer un buen trabajo con mucha humildad. De verdad fue mi primera vez quedándome en este resort y no será mi última vez. Volvería por ellos porque me tramaron muy pero muy bien.

We had a great stay at Ocean El Beso in Punta Cana! The resort was clean, beautiful and spacious - there were a lot of other guests, but never felt over crowded. The food exceeded our expectations, and we loved all of the different options available (especially our daily stop at Mike’s Cafe!). Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed our private rooftop patio - and was an added bonus to see & hear the ocean from our room. José Miguel Jiménez was our personal concierge for our stay, he was so helpful and quick to answer any questions or requests that we had. We really appreciated his efforts to make our stay enjoyable & memorable. We spent most of our days at the “quieter” pool - the pool was refreshing with lots of space to swim & the pool bar staff was very friendly! The only downside to our stay was feeling like there was limited poolside chairs & cabanas available because people would leave their things, claiming a spot, but then leave the pool area for hours (but that happens everywhere). While we didn’t swim in the ocean, we enjoyed our day spent at the beach - lots of space and lounge chairs available, and loved that it was a short walk from the rest of the resort.

We would definitely recommend Ocean El Beso to friends looking to travel to Punta Cana & are overall very happy with our stay at this resort :)

Giving this a 4.5 as an all inclusive. The entire trip was excellent. From check in with Joel (excellent service) to check out with Joel, we enjoyed the trip so much. Jose Miguel was our butler and he was great!
I recommend the privilege as the lounge and upgrades are fully worth it. I would go back for sure (we are in Jan).
We ended up upgrading to Ocean Front room and with Privilege.
I don’t love a sales pitch and they didn’t bug us or push us when we said no to attend their daily sales pitch.

Adults only side is great. The pool bar drinks are meh. Quiet pool is very nice. I would suggest they add the privilege section to that pool vs the more busy louder pool.
We have food allergies and loved the attention to detail on this.
The wine list is good. Would prefer is better wine is severed in general.
Das Pez for lunch is excellent. Their veggie options could use a bean dish or tofu.

Miguel breakfast remembered our drunk orders and brought them to use daily when he saw us.
Migel lunch was a really nice touch.

Carmen lunch das pezwas great and made amazing mojitos.

We had a rooftop suite in el Beso. The suite was huge and very nice. The building itself is in need of some repairs in a minor way, rusting metal our stairway (in our suite) handrail was loose and rickety needs to be reattached, safe barely worked. Nothing that affected our vacation experience. We were treated Very, Very well by our concierge Kevin Paulino who bent over backwards to make sure everything was perfect for us. He made our dinner reservations every time I asked and had a repair done on our jacuzzi very quickly! He treated us like royalty and showed up to meet us in person on a couple of occasions. We have Never been catered to so much or attended to so well by a consierge at any resort! We have stayed at one every year for the past 18 years. We were not aware we would have a concierge before we got there. We were not privilege guests. We stayed at El Beso, adult only. Kevin was excellent. I will add on a side note that I got slightly sick a couple days before we left and it got worse by the time we flew home. Montzumas revenge , which I haven’t had for at least 14 years despite travelling to Mexico every year.
I would go back to this resort again.

The worst experience ever. Do not come here. I’ve been to many 5 star resorts and this did not feel 5 star at all. Me and my husband have been to majestic elegance and Catalonia in costa mujeres Mexico and it is night and day. We’ve also been to the mora in Zanzibar and all of these places surpass this place exceptionally! I’ve always heard the resorts in DR aren’t as good as Mexico but the beaches are better, but the beach is filled with seaweed and not nearly as nice either.

To start, the room was dirty and the finishings are done very poorly. When they would come clean our room we would either come back to find our front door open, only the bed was made, and the washrooms not cleaned. There was a coffee spill on the floor that was not cleaned either. Other days the cleaners would come at almost 5 so we would be back in the room from tanning and swimming for the day and want to shower and get ready and would have to wait on the balcony. Oh and they don’t clean the balcony. Anytime we would ask for a towel or tissues when they’d come to clean and we were here, they would say they don’t have any. They are always running out of things.

The service is the absolute worst! Almost everyone (i don’t want to say everyone) was so rude and unwelcoming! The food is also horrible!! They serve the same quality food and sometimes same food in the buffet as the restaurants. Everything is a money grab! All the game rooms you see you need to pay for. It starts at $5usd for 3 tokens.

Our stay at Ocean El Faro was truly unforgettable, and a big part of that was thanks to Kevin Paulino, our Guest Service Specialist. From the moment we arrived, Kevin went above and beyond for us. He arranged all of our restaurant reservations seamlessly, making every night stress-free and perfectly planned.

What really stood out was how genuinely caring and attentive he was—he even invited us to a beautiful dinner with a beach after-party, which became one of the highlights of our trip. His warmth, professionalism, and dedication made us feel truly taken care of throughout our entire stay.

Kevin made our experience at Ocean El Faro even better, and we are so grateful for him. If you’re visiting, you’ll be lucky to have Kevin looking after you. Highly recommend!

Also, room service is very minimal and not enough options. It would be nice to be able to order drinks to your room. If you’re on the el beso side try Pez Dema, best food on the entire resort. We booked here for a week and ended up only staying one night and headed to another resort because this place was so bad. We got catfished by the beautiful photos of the place! Everything in our room was either broken or dirty and the room smelled. We were offered other rooms but didn't feel good about staying. It seemed like throughout the resort things were cheaply put together and not maintained well. We ate one dinner that was good, but had a burger from a snack stand that was the worst I've ever had. The patty was overcooked and guac was nasty and many others at the stand were receiving incorrect orders.

The manager we worked with was very helpful and helped us get our money back, but every other staff member we interacted with was not helpful. At one point, a bellhop was lounging on a chair and vaping in front of us.

I would NOT recommend coming here.

Had a good time. I went for my 40th birthday with a female friend. First time out of the USA and didn’t want to go alone to another country. Check In wasn’t that great. The bellhop took her bag and put it in a room that said Staff Only, so she got Paranoid about that, because there were 2 separate couples in front of us waiting to check in and they had their bags with them. I booked 2 months in advance and ordered 2 BEDS. (We’re both grown, if she or myself met somebody while we were out and wanted to bring them back, then) But, the guy at the front counter gave us 1 bed and said that’s all they had when I even showed him my reservation from my phone, so we shared the bed. We got a personal “Butler” his job was to make dinner reservations for us and any outings you want to take. Jose was awesome. Plenty of food and drinks and snacks to choose from, you won’t go hungry. Do not order the “Stake” very fatty and Chewy, plus they don’t have Stake Knives on the property, you’ll have to cut it with a regular Butter Knife. Also, you are able to read the menu of your restaurant online before you go. Be careful, because they will offer something else then what’s listed. And no pictures. Staff was welcoming, friendly, always willing to answer any questions you may have, happy to show you around, and take care of you. Other then that, we had a good time. I would come back again. Honest review:

We were here for our honeymoon and birthdays and stayed on the el beso side. Nov 13-20. We were not privilege or members, just regulars. And no was not payed to write this, just thought it might help some.

Pros:

✅Lazy river (recommend bringing your own floats) As much as you try to avoid getting wet, you’ll get soaked in some spots. Great to cool off in. Is a circle so you can just keep going or get off at the pool bar.

✅Market sellers (found they didn’t hassle much) Was able to use Canadian dollars too. Just think it’s a bit of a hassle for them to exchange but they’ll take it.

✅Adult pool- party pool. So many activities and the blue team was a hype.

✅Japanese Resturant (was neat seeing them make dinner and entertain)

✅Italian Resturant (amazing chicken parm and cannolis) Also cool they have a wine and ceaser salad cart that comes around to the tables.

✅ Wednesday dinner buffet at El Marcado (All). Had Mexican. So many options!

✅ Ocean burger. Had the Mexican burger.

✅ Fish fingers at the Pez Dama. Jerk chicken for dinner was good too.

✅ Mikes coffee 🙌🙌 their breakfast breads are great too.

✅ Icecream place yummm

✅ Staff: Shoutout to butler Jose Miguel!

✅ Other tourists. Found it so neat to see so many different people from all over the world. Used to traveling to Mexico and only seeing Americans/Fellow Canadians

This was a beautiful property but is still going through construction. I loved that we were upgraded to a nicer suite and the room was very spacious. We did want the jacuzzi that was on the roof top cleaned and asked if it could be but it seemed like they forgot. This wasn’t a big deal but something to note. I also liked that the property was very walkable and right on the beach. The only reason I have this place four stars was because we were pressured into listening to things for timeshare stuff and blah blah and it just felt like for the first time traveling to another country my husband and I had a hard time getting no across to the staff. Other than that the property was beautiful.

This was our 11th visit to Ocean El Faro-El Beso.
We were always greeted with friendly smiles and happy staff who work very hard day in and day out. Our butler Jose Miguel Jiminez was exceptional, attentive and checked in with us daily throughout our two week stay, even on his days off. A vacation is what you make of it- there was always plenty of good food to eat, our rooms were clean, the lagoon was beautiful and the weather was perfect! Looking forward to coming back again in a few months.
