My only complaint is that the condition of my room needed alot of updates. The very cheap laminate floors in the bathroom were cracked and pulling up. My hotel door and balcony doors to extreme hard to open, close, and lock, it's almost like I had to jimmy the balcony door slot to secure it.

Room was decent, but not best! My bed cover was wrinkled and was soiled. No hot tub available. There was only one polite person at the front desk. I asked about checking out the day before and was told no refund was available. When I went to check in they told me no beds were available and they made me wait 2 1/2 hours for checkin time when they should have just told me I couldn’t check in. The beach view was great. But the hotel overall was not a good pick for me for the price! I didn’t even stay my whole stay.

The location was excellent. Loved the views of the beach and hearing the ocean. No one came to clean our room the entire stay which was ok but I did ask the Fri t desk for towels to be delivered but it was not. It was no problem reusing the towels but I would expect if you made a request at the front desk for towels they would be delivered.

The property lacked cleanliness. The entire property was dirty with rust stains everywhere. My room was NEVER cleaned as promised when checking in. We had to ask for soap and towels daily. We stayed five days and the bed linen was never changed even though we asked politely everyday. The two dishes that we used were never washed and I killed a bug!!!! I will never stay at a Radisson in the future.

The room had roaches, it was very dirty, and there was mold in the bathroom. You could see light coming from underneath our door. I could barely breathe after staying in the room overnight. We were all stopped up. Overall, it felt very unsafe and we felt uneasy being there. If you have kids and want a relaxing stay, this is not where to go.

The beach view was the only part of the room I wasn’t disappointed with. There wasn’t a closet or anywhere to hang my shirts. No couch. There were two wooden stools to sit on, aside from the bed. The mattress wss the worst I’ve ever seen, felt or been asked to sleep on (they changed it the day I left) and the restaurant and bar are not on or part of the property. Oh, and my room was literally at the elevator. I mean like step out of the elevator and you were at my rooms door. I heard every person that got in and off the elevator.

Bed did not have mattress pad, sheet directly on mattress and did not fit well, kept falling off. Pool was
Cold, we change from our first room, the phone and one of the thermostats didn’t work. In the second room the toilet started leaking at end of our stay. I asked front desk if we could send out post cards, first person said yes, second person asked what I wanted her to do with the post card when I handed to her. Overall the name Radisson doesn’t mean you are going to stay in a quality hotel.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent stay at Radisson Beachfront Hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was substandard in several critical areas, primarily regarding hygiene and professional conduct. Housekeeping standards were inadequate. The bed linens were visibly stained and appeared to have not been laundered prior to my arrival. When I came back from the beach found the room door was wide open, cleaning staff forgot to close it after they cleaned the room.

When we first arrive the front desk staff was friendly and we were able to get check in quickly. However, once we got to our room we had not towels, the floor was filthy, the wall were scuffed. the microwave was filthy, and we only had a half a roll of toilet paper. There was only 1 fork, 2 knifes, and a couple spoons for silverware. We had to go out and purchase a coffee pot, coffee, dish soap. We ask the front desk for towels and toilet paper after about 6hours we finally had to go get them our self. We had to clean the floors ourselves and get toilet paper. The only plus was the fact that it was on the beach and the view from balcony was beautiful. We finally had had enough and cut our vacation short and left a day early. We explained to the front desk we could not do without necessities any longer and are leaving a day early and would like a refund for the night. They told us because we booked from a 3rd party vendor their was nothing they could do. Will not be staying there again. I could go on but why.

The beach view was gorgeous. The hotel was not bad, especially for the price. The hotel along qith the rooms are dated. The hotel could definitely use an update. The main issue i had with the room was along the baseboards and corners of the room, you cou see clearly the dust and dirt. The window next to the balcony door was very dirty. They need to pit more time a d effort i to cleaning . I almost wanted to clean it myself. In my opinion no matter how affordable a hotel is, it should always be kept in top tier shape. But it served its purpose.

Absolutely disgusting. Broken entry/exit door handles. Stained sheets! Everything smelled so awful. The smoke alarm battery chirped all night. The bathroom was so gross, red splatters on the counters, dirty footprints in the shower. Lights were burned out, outlets didn't work. Cigarette burns all over the balcony plastic chairs. The pool was murky. We stayed one night, we arrived late. After the first hour or so we knew had to leave and talked to the front desk. They said the manager would refund the rest of our stay if we left by 11:00 AM the following day. We checked out at 10:00 AM and the manager was promised to call us to confirm the refund. The manager never called. I called the front desk over and over and the manager was never in and they promised they would call me back. Almost 3 weeks later I haven't heard from the manager. I disputed the charge with bank. So awful, do not stay here. Honestly, I cannot believe they are operating. Gross.

This trip was my 4th time staying at this property and will be the last unless things change drastically. The common areas were filthy with garbage Laying outside the elevators for days, mattresses leaning against the railings. Waited 3 days for clean towels in our room. Zero towels at pool for entire 8 days, no hot coffee or fresh water in lobby. Elevators stink like beer and puke. Was charged a “resort” fee and we couldn’t even use the play area because it was a mess. Someone had puked on the common picnic table the day we arrived, I reported it every day to the front desk and its still remains caked and disgusting on the day we left. Very uninterested workers.i feel bad writing this review since I have thoroughly enjoyed my recent stays. I understand spring break can be challenging, but I paid top dollar for my family vacation and it was mostly anxiety ridden. Also, whoever is in charge of cleaning up the beach, especially the areas of close to the resort are not doing their job.

Our room had an amazing view but unfortunately, it smelled like the most potent men’s cologne ever. We tried to move rooms but couldn’t so we dealt with that. Additionally, the floors were so incredibly dirty that you can feel the dirt on your feet. Our feet were black after the first 5 minutes and our socks were ruined cause I can’t get the black dirt stains out them after immediately handwashing them. The sof pillow was dirty. The bathroom was decent and the beds were, however we all woke up stuffy so i think there could be bed mites. Thankfully, we stayed one night. The king suite was very nice and spacious, also had a nice pullout couch. 2 tvs, unfortunately one of the screens was really dark couldn’t adjust the settings. The view of the ocean was amazing can’t get better than that. Elevators were kinda janky and they seemed understaffed but it was a busy time spring break so I understood and they were polite. Had to wait half hour after check in time to get into my room which was frustrating after long drive but it wasn’t bad.

When entered the room it was well clean but look rushed together. There were no towels and we were a party of 5 ppl. No pool towel for the whole trip when asked we were told they were washing and soon be out tht turned out to be for 2 days. I had to ask for towels everyday. They only gave me 1-2 towels for 5 of us. The weed was so bad there. I had to move rooms and still smelled it everywhere at the hotel. Lobby was beautiful, very convenient area and great view. NOW, the hotel is very old, the rooms are dated, housekeeping must be a foreign language as we stayed 4 days and didn’t get basic housekeeping services not once. We had to BEG for clean sheets and fresh towels, ROACHES on the patio. Room don’t even have a mirror to take a picture. I dreaded sleeping being that the bed was very uncomfortable and old, parking is scarce. Very first day I asked for clean sheets because I noticed a stain and they never brung them so I went to the desk and asked again and they handed me a set of sheets to make the bed myself. Asked for fresh towels every day and never got them. I literally went to Walmart and brought some. The manager was very apologetic. Front desk person stated the prior shift never related that we needed sheets and towels. Then the evening shift stated the same thing about the morning shift. Very unsatisfactory an unsanitary and It really gave more of a “good motel” than a resort or hotel

I stayed here 5 nights with my family. We had a 2bdrm suite with a kitchen. We loved having the kitchen. I wish we could have stayed at least another 2 nights. You have to fight for parking if you get back to the room late. Everything is walking distance. The wi-fi is my only complaint. They need to have better service for everyone to get on wifi or even offer folks an opportunity to pay for premium wifi.

Check in was very fast, maybe 3 minutes. Room, pool, and hot tub were all very clean and well maintained. Sandy areas were swept throughout the day. Parking underneath is limited, but there always was something available. This was also very convenient if you keep beach equipment in the car. You can pretty much park your car and walk to quite a few places close. Will definitely stay again.

The location is great, probably the only good thing about this place.

There is no routine room service; it is only provided upon request. The front desk told us service is available once every three days. We had to call multiple times just to get someone to take out the trash and provide new bath towels everyday. We called them in the morning, and they came at night if lucky. Do not expect any additional services. The Wi-Fi was horrible, probably the worst we’ve ever experienced.

Overall, the location and view were excellent, but do not expect anything else.

My stay at the Radisson Beachfront Hotel Panama City Beach was, without exaggeration, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

I arrived at 9:00 AM understanding that early check-in is not guaranteed. However, I was explicitly told I would be able to check in later that day. Despite this, I did not receive a room key until 5:00 PM — one full hour past the stated 4:00 PM check-in time.

What made this worse was the complete lack of clear communication. Staff repeatedly gave vague, inconsistent responses about the room being cleaned. Later, I was told that housekeeping staff had already left at 2:00 PM — which directly contradicts the earlier explanation for the delay. This raises serious concerns about operational transparency.

The issues did not stop there:
- Housekeeping was not completed even after multiple direct requests (both at the front desk and in person with staff)
- We were later told housekeeping had already left for the day, leaving us without service
- There was a lack of available towels
- The main door did not properly close or lock, creating a legitimate safety concern
- The shower head was loose and malfunctioning
- Elevator buttons were not working
- Amenities such as the gym and hot tub were not functioning as advertised
- Vending machines on the floor were out of service

Additionally, after reading other guest reviews, I am deeply concerned about reports of false smoking charges and ongoing cleanliness issues. Because of this, I made sure to document

We have stayed at the Raddison many times way before it was named that. It holds a dear place in us as it was the first location we stayed in the very first time we visited PCB about 20 years ago. We decided to visit PCB in a whim during Spring Break 2026, and The Raddison was one of the very few affordable choices that we were lucky to find. The amenities were great. It still needed a few more renovations, but we were barely in the room. The front desk people were all wonderful as well. We will definitely stay there in the future.

- elevator lights didn’t work and some buttons didn’t work to call for the elevator
- cold coffee in the lobby in the mornings
- disgusting hot tub and tiny
- staff gave robotic and non empathic responses to unresolved issues during the stay

The view on the balcony was perfect. But you have to stay 3 day before they clean your room which i there 4 and never got cleaned. Always had go to lobby 3 or 4 times to get towels

The view to the sea is spectacular. Unfotuately your neighbor's balcony will be in full view as well as their conversations. The parking lot under the building for small vehicles and an impasible for large vehicles. No restaurant in the building but right nexrdoor is a casual seafood place. Everything is close by.
