best all inclusive in cancun! the food was impressive. the staff was friendly and helpful. it was peaceful. the rooftop pool is worth the views you get. you can definitely get drunk with ease and you don’t have to leave the property to be entertained. the rooms are so nice to be in. the beds sleep wonderfully. i suggest getting an ocean view room.

They don’t do a good job replenishing the bars with alcohol or have enough bottled water. Every single day by 5pm no more bottled water. All the bars only had tap water. You have to go to the coffee shop.

The food at all of the restaurants was very good and we didn't have a bad meal at any of them. However, the poolside food options are limited and they do run out of food regularly. They also ran out of alcohol in multiple brands/types and on multiple days, which is not good for an all inclusive resort. Staff was very nice, rooms were clean and well done, but room service takes hours and they forgot my drinks twice. They do not refill the mini bar in your room without you having to ask and they do not provide any snack food in the rooms which was a first for me at any all inclusive. The 3 different pools with two of them being on the roof were well done. The entertainment on the property was middle of the road compared to other resorts and the property is right next to a open park area with open beach access so the beach is filled with more locals and not so private. I do not plan on going back to this resort again as I think their are better options for the price.

The property was beautiful and modernized. The pool areas were nicely maintained. However, the majority of the staff were rude and like my or my husbands asking of anything was burdensome. Our dinner at the Asian restaurant was so poor one evening that we sat for 15 minutes before my husband had to ask if anyone was going to serve us. Even then, our orders were taken and we were never checked on again while the couple next to us had to members of the wait staff checking on them several times throughout the night. In addition, the system of first come first serve at the restaurants with no reservations was very frustrating with waits at least an hour every night. In addition, we weren’t able to experience all of the restaurants due to one being closed each night but having no schedule in advance to know what restaurant would be closed. The drinks throughout the trip were poorly made with the exception of one drink in the lobby. Overall, whenever returning to Cancun or knowing of persons traveling to Cancun, I could Not recommend this property based on this experience.

The staff is great, rooms were clean. The food was okay it could have more flavor. I had to ask to have our mini bar restocked constantly and sometimes they said they would and did not. The lobby bar closes early and they run out of alcohol. The bar servers downstairs are not very nice and seem to not like h to eir job. Other than that place is great but will probably get another all inclusive hotel next time.

Breathless definitely lived up to its name. My balcony view was gorgeous! I was able to see the beach and the sunset was amazing! The all-inclusive resort was great for drinks although the food was very American. The outdoor pools were near the bars. They had excursions on the site you could book from zip lining to catamaran tours. There was karaoke night and other entertainment in case you don't want to leave the resort. The service was exceptional. I will definitely be returning!

No soy de dejar comentarios pero esta vez me siento en la nesecidad de hacerlo para que personas como yo que an ido antes sepan que ya nada es igual .la limpieza y los restaurantes 10/10 en el restaurante Francés súper rico Aron que fue el camarero que me atendió súper profesional y amable . Ahora en cuanto los bares cierran todo a las 12 de la noche igual que la discoteca, la piscina de arriba ya no tienen DJ ni entretenimiento como antes solo viernes y sábado me dijo un trabajador de allí. No digo con esto que el Hotel este malo porque no seria cierto , solo que se volvió aburrido .

Something random but helpful is you can skip the lobby on the elevator (LB) by pressing (-1) which depending on the elevator leads to the pool and restaurant area or the street level in front. I didn't figure that out until my 3rd day. Besides the retention/time share staff making things a bit awkward the rest of my stay was excellent.

The rooftop pool was beautiful and fun to be in! The resort credit has many restrictions to it so ask when you check in! The beachfront is very nice and relaxing….the bar staff is very nice and fast but the alcohol seemed to run out with particular kinds every day. The AC in the rooms was left to be desired for …..the food was not bad overall. The entertainment was pretty cool with fun decorations being put up daily! If you can make a reservation at the restaurants I would…..one restaurant is closed every night so it can be an hour plus wait in prime dining hours.

We just got back from an incredible trip to Breathless Riviera Cancun, and it absolutely delivered. If you are looking for the perfect balance of high-energy social vibes and upscale relaxation, this is the spot.

The resort itself is beautiful, modern, and split perfectly into different zones depending on your mood. The Energy pool was the highlight for us—the daily pool parties, DJ sets, and entertainment kept the energy high and the atmosphere incredibly fun. When we wanted a break to just kick back and unwind, the quieter areas and the beach offered the perfect tropical escape.

The service was top-notch from start to finish. Every staff member we encountered went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed with a smile. The food and drink program also exceeded expectations; we loved the variety of restaurants, and the craft cocktails were excellent and always flowing. Nightlife at the resort was equally impressive, with fantastic evening shows and a great lounge scene that kept the fun going long after the sun went down.

We had an absolutely fantastic time and came home fully refreshed. We’re already talking about when we can make it back. Highly recommend Breathless for anyone looking for a vibrant, adults-only luxury escape!

Stayed at this property over Mother’s Day and I did not know what to expect because after I had booked it, I read the reviews and they were very mixed. Very glad that we stayed the course because our experience was pretty excellent. The only thing that could be approved upon was the check-in. We arrived very early in the morning and of course our room was not ready. No problem. We would just hang out around the pool until check-in time at 3 I especially booked this hotel because I am a platinum on Expedia and we were supposed to get VIP benefits however we really receive any of those at 3 PM they had a huge amount of people trying to check in so we were passed up multiple times even though we had been waiting since about 11 AM and it was officially check-in time other than this, Everything was great. The food was not life-changing. Good and consistent and very edible. I will say I’ve stayed at countless other secrets properties, and this hotel had by far the best buffet quality out of any other secrets chain. The real reason to book this hotel is for sure the beach despite the whole Riviera and Maya area having issues with Sargasso because of the location it’s naturally protected and there was no seaweed anytime we were there. The service from every employee we came across was excellent. Everyone was very kind and helpful. We did not have a bad experience with any employee & service at the beach and the pool was both very quick. Overall, really great stay and I’ll book again.

Yo fui el 2025 y volví a ir en el 2026. Bueno la verdad que para ir día entre semana no se lo aconsejo a nadie los show que hacen en la piscina el DJ que había todos los días ya eso no existe. No hay actividades en la noche y a partir de las 10 P.M. hay que dormir porque no hay ninguna barra abierta un hotel que sólo es para adulto, la verdad que una decepción terribles. Jamás en mi vida vuelvo a regresar ahí. Eso ha decaído muchísimo. Dicen ellos que fue que cambió de dueño pero cambió Para. Peor terrible terrible malo malo en el buffet no había carne. Todo era pollo en la noche no abre el buffet es sólo dos restaurantes para que decirle terriblemente es un caos. Eso no vuelvo a regresar más si quieren pasarlo mal quedense aquí

Food was not great, been to other resorts and food was not great at this place. Not a ton of options either. On top of that, they were only open at certain times. If you are on vacation, you better get up early to eat cause they close at 1030, well 11 but there’s literally no food after 1030.
There are a ton of sales people trying to upsell you and they literally hunt you down, until you have to beg them to stop. It’s uncomfortable. Would not recommend

This place is not all inclusive everyone was asking for an upgrade we upgraded to the roof top pool & Bar and that was a disaster anyone could go to the upgrade pool that was the smallest on the property the drinks that we wanted was another upcharge. There was no entertainment other than watching an artist paint and silent disco. The swim up bar was closed all week. There was No Live Dj the Steakhouse had canned spinach please bring extra money if you would like to eat a full dinner on the resort after the first night of experiencing the resort we went out every night for lunch and Dinner. At the Pool if you eat at the bar that only has burgers and hotdogs you are only allowed to eat in one area you are not allowed to eat at your lounge chairs by the pool. You can not get food delivered to you in the beach you can only eat at the tables by the grill food is not permitted on the beach lounge side or pool side. Resort shuts down at 10:00 pm every night. There No was no chips and dip NOWHERE.. The positive it was super clean but food and entertainment was HORRIBLE 0/10

The shining stars of this resort was the room and the staff. Location is not the best, BUT i stayed on resort most of the time so very much got to experience what was available on-site. Plenty to do, but not so much that it felt overwhelming or too busy. It was amazingly relaxing!!! Highly recommend staying on the 26th floor as my room was jaw-dropping. Water was beautiful, beaches were nice. Pools were clean. Buffet was awesome ( I did not bother with the other restaurants because of the wait). Room service was nice. No poolside bar, which made me sad. Couple of things to note-- TIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE ALL-INCLUSIVE. Please tip in either USD or Pesos (both were suggested when I asked about preference) to the employees. I saw so many people not tipping, and even though staff was great.Made me sad because the staff is amazing. Another thing: The hotel is likely being bought-out by Marriott, which will totally change the vibe. It was already negatively impacting the staff-- my last day, I had zero percent of the staff that I had come to know because of their weird staffing changes. I like going to a resort and enjoying the same staff day in/out. It makes the experience feel more like home.

My stay at Breathless Cancun Soul was excellent! I stayed from 5/2/2026 to 5/6/2026. The food was good, the nightly entertainment was good too. The service I received from Hermilo & Leo at the Xhale Rooftop Pool was exceptional! Those two individuals deserve a pay raise immediately! Their service is what stood out the most. Honestly probably one of the worst resorts I have ever stayed at, and I’ve stayed at a lot.. the resort is extremely understaffed, the food was absolutely horrible. Many nights we went without eating because dinner at the restaurants was either nasty or the wait was extremely long. Buffet wasn’t open for dinner, only breakfast and lunch. Drinks were horrible and the amount of bars was minimal. There was hardly anything going on at the resort during be day, the entertainment was not fun. Stay away from this resort

We had an amazing stay at Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, clean, modern, and the atmosphere was perfect for both relaxing and having fun. The staff truly made the experience unforgettable.

A special thank you to Martin, the lobby manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything during our stay was smooth and enjoyable. His professionalism and hospitality really stood out.

We also want to recognize Crystal at the front desk lobby reception. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance.

And a huge thank you to Paula, the massage therapist. She was attentive, professional, and made the spa experience incredibly relaxing.

The customer service throughout the resort was outstanding, and we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Cancun!

If your looking for a location with a pool with a DJ from 1pm-8pm playing pop/house/edm/hip hop with swim up bar and rentable cabanas rooftop infinity pool with a grill making burgs tenders and lemon pepper fries , then walk down to activity pool trivia volleyball yoga swim
Up bar cabanas , then 10 more steps to a full beach with swimable water jet skis and all the. This is your place food is just ok , hibachi. With lobster is well worth the $80 PP . Room service is prompt and nice but food could be better and they don’t use the privacy bin even when requested. . 8/10 will go back again , great for birthdays but would pick something less party for a honeymoon .

We had an amazing experience at this resort. From the very moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. Everyone was so friendly, energetic and helpful! We stayed in the xhale ocean front view and it was stunning. The room was very clean, the fridge was stocked and late night service was always available. The restaurants were very delicious, my favorite was the Italian and Mexican restaurant. The rooftop pool was always filled with amazing energy and then we would go to the xhale rooftop pool where the party would continue.

My partner and I went in April for our first vacation together. We were a little worried after reading mixed reviews about the food/drinks. Everything exceeded our expectations! The food was fantastic and portion sizes/variety were great. We read something about drinks being watered down but we honestly felt the opposite. The staff were amazing, very kind and friendly! Aaron and Melinda (I could be spelling her name wrong) who work at Co-quette were especially delightful going above and beyond. We throughly enjoyed our stay and it was a great mix of lively and relaxing. We would’ve enjoyed just a bit more events but the ones they had were very fun! Highly recommend!

Rooms are very comfortable and cozy. There are no bathtubs, only jacuzzi in Member rooms only. Member rooms are very nice. Be advised that this resort is catered to members. While guests are treated very well, only members recieve higher quality meals, drinks, views and accommodations. The price far exceeds the same quality of 8 star resorts.

Yes,we had a great time at the pool,we had the waiter Francisco,he was so pleasant, respectful and very helpful.
The buffet have a great service too,nice experience with Rafa and Monica.
This is our second time at the resort,one of our favorite.
