Overall, the experience was just okay. The room didn’t really feel like a true five-star standard—there was no balcony, the bathroom was quite small, and the hot tub being inside the room felt odd (it would be much nicer outside). The restaurants were also just okay, and the buffet was below average in my experience. Entertainment was a bit lacking as well. The highlights were definitely the spa and the hydrotherapy treatment, which were excellent, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

La experiencia fue extraordinaria en todo sentido. La habitación linda, limpia, completa, llena de detalles. Lo mejor de Le Blanc es el serivcio. Desde el mayordomo hasta los beach concierges. Cada persona sabe lo que hace, se interesa por atenderte, pone especial atención en los detalles. Fue una vacación inolvidable. Hemos visitado muchos resorts a lo largo de los años, Le Blanc elevó la vivencia superando todo tipo de expectativas. El detalle de los mayordomos por piso, comprometidos en cada aspecto relevante coloca a Le Blanc en un lugar único. Visitamos el hotel en ocasión del cumpleaños de mi esposo y cada miembro hizo que fuera una celebración que no olvidaremos. Todo empezó de maravilla con nuestra prearrival concierge quien nos asistió en aspectos que ni esperábamos. Más que recomendable. Estamos muy agradecidos con cada persona que nos atendió en el piso. Fueron extraordianrios como mayordomos. En los restaurantes también fuimos atendidos con especial esmero e interés. A cada uno, gracias y gracias. El entretenimiento también es muy bueno, nada de ruido innesario. Cada espectáculo fue sobrio y la música de calidad. El área de las piscinas es elegante y a la vez cálida.

Recomendamos ampliamente a Le Blanc como destino de una vacación sofisitcada y al mismo tiempo relajada.

Great experience overall. The staff in the restaurants, beach/pool, lobby were super friendly and helpful. Didn’t think we needed a butler but it was such as nice perk and was handy multiple times. I thought not really having a balcony to walk out would bother me more but not really.

Enjoyed that there’s 3 pools. Japanese restaurant is the best. And the beach is clean, clear and super shallow to swim.

Overall enjoyed it all a ton. Just didn’t love the “selling” aspect of the packages / memberships but was only at the beginning and end, and you can easily say no thanks!

Le Blanc was \"Okay\". The staff was extremely accommodating but definitely not worth the $1k++ cost per night. There are many other places with better food options, room amenities, and restaurants than Le Blanc. I realize that this is their top tier but as stated, there is much better in Cancun.

My stay was absolutely amazing! My birthday was during my stay, and upon arriving back to the resort after my excursions, there were balloons, champagne and flower petals set up in the room.

Also, when I had a romantic birthday dinner on the beach, the staff did a phenomenal job! “I love you” was written in the sand with my fiancé’s and my initials in the heart. The food was excellent and perfectly carried out. During my dinner, the resort had a violinist play for us. My night was truly breathtaking!

I highly recommend this resort. The staff really goes above and beyond!

If you are considering staying at Le Blanc Resort, be aware that the experience heavily revolves around timeshare/membership sales. Guests are persistently encouraged to attend presentations, and the level of service can noticeably change depending on your willingness to engage.
If an issue occurs, do not expect proactive or meaningful resolution unless you push hard and escalate. Special occasions-such as anniversaries—are not treated with the care or importance you would expect from a luxury resort.
Lastly, inconsistent treatment of guests is a real concern. We experienced what felt like discriminatory behavior based on appearance, despite no formal dress code being in place. If equal treatment, genuine hospitality, and respectful problem resolution matter to you, be aware.

Great stay all the way around. By far the best all inclusive in Cancun. Really enjoyed the live music at the pool, lobby, and cavo bar. Never expected to hear an Incredible country band in Mexico, but The Cash Band was amazing and so was the Rock band. Premium drinks and great bar service everywhere. Poolside service was incredible. Quick drink service and accurate food orders on point. Room always being cleaned. Room service on point. Got a nice Expedia room upgrade. Wife really enjoyed the spa. Special mention to Ana and Pamela at the spa.

Fantastic. All-inclusives are out of our comfort zone and Le Blanc Cancun was a dream. The service was Four Seasons level if not better. Each floor has a personal butler and they know you by the end of the first day. The app is easy to navigate and you can order anything from food to car and spa reservations. Security on the property is wonderful. The food is delicious and the bars make anything and everything you want. Great location. Would absolutely stay again!

I would give a 5 stars for the hotel and restaurants and 0 star to the spa.
The room is great and the food and cocktail great. But if you come for the spa dont chose this hotel. Not only it is extremely expensive, if you have Expedia 250$ credit only 125$ will apply and they will charge 52$ for using the credit . You end up paying 700$ a couple massage in a freezing room with cold hands and cold oil. Not relaxing at all. I asked 4 times if they could lower or close the ac and they agreed but did nothing but add the pile of blanket on me . At the end i complain about not only the quality but nothing was done when i said i was not feeling good in the cold. Not even a gesture, just an offer to redo it for « free » no thank you.

Staff Butlers Hugo and Eder made our stay! $1480.00 per Night all inclusive. Never have liked all inclusive... Dining was not good! French and Japanese restaurant were terrible! Butlers again were fantastic! The up Sale marketing program was the absolute worst! Turned an ok Vacation into a cheap sales pitch! We spent $7000.00 for 5 Nights and will not be back! Would love to hire Eder and Hugo in our business in the US! They were fantastic!

First time in le blanc cancun but been to le blanc cabo.. cabo san lucas is newer resort but with same concept . For cancun , the building is older, rooms are smaller with mist of it have no balconies . U have to be a VIP member to get into a room with balcony. Butler service is excellent as always ! Luis is our favorite butler, armando and carlos aa well did a great service ! On point and always gives you options of dining and activities. The coffee shop , melissa is the best ! She memorized our coffee as soon as we walk in , the dessert choices at coffee shop is amazing! Tge restaurants were all great ! Fausto our waiter at Blanc worked his way to make sure we get the tomahawk steak on our last day ! All i can say is always the best service and foot at le blanc ! Might be an okder resort but worth visiting! I will go back to cabo though !

This is one of the worst all inclusive there is. It is not worth it. The price should equal the luxury, it does not. They made us wait for three hours for our check in. Once checked in brown water was coming out of the shower. They moved us from rooms 3 times. The only good restaurant is Yuma. Service is average. Didn’t enjoyed my time at all.

I absolutely adored this hotel and its service! Especially the food at the Yama restaurant- actually all of them! Only two negatives- wayyy too pushy with their timeshare. They tried four times with me and my husband and I just cared to be left alone and enjoy the vacation! The other is there is no nightlife apart from nightly music and that’s all! Wish there was more entertainment. Otherwise loved the place!! Also their drinks are legit and not watered down. Absolutely phenomenal!

No matter if it was facing the lagoon or the ocean, the sky was breathtaking, and the pool had such an amazing atmosphere. I loved how the water temperature was always kept just right at any time of day—it felt so thoughtful. The cocktails were top quality, even compared to other hotels, absolutely delicious! It was such a happy time, and I can’t wait to come back again.

My friend and I stayed at Le Blanc, Los Cabos, last Thanksgiving, and could not have had a more fabulous time!
When it came time for another getaway together, we decided to give the sister property, Le Blanc, Cancun a try, thinking another amazing All Adult, All-inclusive experience was in store for us.
We were wrong and left upset and disappointed.
There were many things we loved about our stay, but, unfortunately, the bad parts of our visit overwhelmed the good ones, giving us no alternative but to leave vowing that if Le Blanc got our business again, and it will, it will be in Cabo.
In order to adequately explain our dissatisfaction, I would first begin with the fiasco of transportation to and from the resort from the airport.
Despite my best efforts to communicate with the hotel and their transportation partners that my friend and I were coming in, a day apart, on different airlines, myself from Atlanta and my friend from San Francisco, it was handled poorly, coming and going, literally and figuratively speaking.
It's like the right hand and the left hand have no idea what's going on.
To say the transfers were an inconvenient hassle would be an understatement.
We should have saved ourselves the time, effort, and frustration and just taken cabs.
Next, my friend is celiac, and cannot have gluten. On many occasions, the staff was not very receptive to the special requests associated with this allergy.
Lastly, we were repeatedly harassed about buying a time share.

I did not like the way Le Blanc up prices all items that are available using the so called \"resort credit\". My wife got a $30 purse/bag for $30 in resort taxes and the $250 resort credit. It was a joke. Same thing for the spa credit....we had $250 of credit but everything so highly priced that you really are not getting any value. Food was okay but should be much better for a $1000 a night resort. We will not be back.

Le Blanc ! It’s always a pleasure stay in this hotel, 3 rd time and no complaints at all. Great location, service is fenomenal ALWAYS !! premium drinks and high variety for food. After different stays in Cancun and Playa Mujeres resorts I can swear Le Blanc is from another world.Roberto & Saul our concierge, Juan and Gaby from Lumier restaurant made my husband’s birth special. Raul from Cabo bar and Christian from the beach location made our vacation delightful. Counting days to come back to our second home ‘Le Blanc’

This place is amazing. They greet you with moist towels, a flower and coconut milk...you are treated like royalty here.

Everything is immaculate. The service is beyond compare. Everyone is over the top nice and attentive.

The food has been out of this world. So many delightful choices and the presentation is stellar.

Billyjoel and Rodrigo were our very attentive butlers and they were so accommodating and always made sure we had what we needed. They even suggested things we hadn't thought of.

We ate at The Lumiere and Yama (reservations required for both) and they were out of this world. Even the buffets here are incredible.

Upon arrival, the first room we were assigned had a leaking toilet. After reporting it to the front desk, maintenance was sent to repair it, but the strong chemical odor left behind made the room unpleasant — and for me, with asthma, it was a serious health concern. We asked for a room change, but none were available that night. We were told to check out the following day at noon and that a new room would be ready by 3:00 PM. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t ready until 5:30 PM, which left us scrambling to get ready for a 6:30 dinner reservation after spending the day at the beach without access to a shower or change of clothes.

On top of that, despite having the “Do Not Disturb” light on, we were woken up every morning by staff either trying to clean the room or collect room service trays.

That said, we still had a really good time with our friends and made the most of our trip. The resort has potential, but at this price point, the service and attention to detail simply didn’t meet expectations.
