Room was clean, kitchen was stocked, we had everything we needed without having to disturb staff or be disturbed. We came over Mother’s Day weekend and it was very chaotic. The lobby had a disgruntled customer who came in early to get her room key and had to wait four hours until check in. She made a scene and was very loud complaining about how she wasn’t being catered to fast enough. Jenna assisted me during check in and was balancing the lobby full of other customers the disgruntled customer and me. She was friendly, worked efficiently and tried hard to accommodate the complaint while checking me in. She did a great job. Check out was easy and quiet due to our check out time.

Stayed one night ,room had plenty of space. But only one small trash can ,the coffee maker was very confusing to use could only make hot water, and had dishes and all the fixings but no dish soap or dishwasher stuff to clean anything same for washer and dryer

We lucked out finding this property. It’s quite nice with lots of amenities. We had a one bedroom with a kitchen and living room and everything was clean. There was a screened room off of the bedroom and we could sit out there and watch golfers. It was quite small but comfortable enough. Parking was adequate, but if you left a good spot it was definitely gone when you came back.
The pool was quite large, but too cold the time of year that we were there. The hot tub was large and there was a grilling area. I imagine in warmer months it’s really fantastic to be there.

Nice, clean room. Laundry inside room and small kitchenette was excellent. Front desk provided laundry/dish soap- nice touch. Quiet, pretty area just between palm coast and jax. 30 min to all bed was comfy- wish they were different pillow types. They were to high for my neck. Could hear neighbor threw the wall but not bad. Staff was extra friendly amd helpful

The room was not what we expected. We reserved a one bedroom with a full kitchen. We got a 1 bdrm with a kitchenette. Cooking was challenging with the tiny stove/oven and no counter space. Although the room had recently been renovated, the bed dipped to the middle. The sofa bed was one of the better mattresses we have seen, though.

The coffee pot was my nemesis. Came back the 1st night hoping to use it to heat water. The clean light is blinking as it brews. The water that came out was the color of weak tea. Made coffee the next morning. The coffee was bleh. We bring our own coffee. It was not the coffee. We have a drip pot at home. We know what it should taste like. Sent a text to the front deak and was promised a new coffee pot that day. We went out, and when we came back, the same one was there. Next day after a sales rep was trying to sell us on their vacation club went to the desk, they promised a clean pot. Yes, they brought a new one up and swapped it out. Same thing happened. If you are going to have drip pots and no other way to heat water expect a pot on the tiny stove, clean them! I gave up.

The resort was ok. The area has seen better days. We enjoyed our time in the area. If we go back, might find somewhere else.

The property has been recently purchased by Hilton and there was some confusion at the front desk regarding the availability of my room. This is a time share place and they weren't used to doing one night stays. The room I reserved was not ready and they could not give me an estimate of how long. Anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours!? I asked for a supervisor and they were finally able to get me into another unit. The agents themselves were outstanding and the manager, Brett, took it upon himself to make sure to get a room ASAP. The issue was the recent changeover from one system to another and to compound things, this is the beginning of the heavy visitation season in Florida.

There was a issue at check in. Hotel.com reserved it as 1room - 2 bedroom deluxe, the property reserved 1room with 2 beds. Hotel.com should have reserved it as a 2 bedroom deluxe room.
The person checking me in requested to see my verification letter, luckily I had it on my phone and he verified there was a mistake.
The property ended up giving me a connecting rooms, it wasn't ideal but I had to make it work. I also give the person checking me in credit for doing the best he could to accommodate me.

We felt very safe during our stay. It was very nice that someone was always present at the front gate to monitor who entered the property. The unit was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on away from home. We had a great time at the pool. It was a very comfortable unit and we really enjoyed our stay. We would not be interested in a time share but would stay as a hotel guest if available.

Awful location was unaware world of golf village is completely abandoned had to drive 15 miles to souvenir shops, bealls or restaurants etc. world golf hall of fame gone to NC very sad businesses all gone. Beds are full size not queen we should’ve paid more attention to details would not return, hidden resort fees, way overpriced we left day early of course we couldn’t get reimbursed although we asked. Staff was great efficient!

The office staff were quick to respond to a broken oven since we were cooking our meal in the condo. The golf courses in and around the area are awesome. The pool, hot tub, gym and tennis/pickle ball courts were fantastic. It’s a great spot to come to.

Our third stay at Bluegreen and it was the best. We had a very nice room in the corner and top floor, Room 250 in building 2. Very nice and quiet. The room suite was very clean and well maintained. The kitchenette was totally equipped for cooking whenever you desired. They seem to be taking care of the property better than before. And if you are golfer it is one of the best places to stay in the area. And now you have a Costco and a Bucees in the entrance.

My family and I had a blast. It was beautiful. Did not need to travel far for some great food. Will definitely be back.

Very disappointing !

Very disappointed. They close the pool hot tub at 8pm. We really wanted the hot tub in the evening after dinner when the sun isn’t out but closed. The chair in the living room was wore out. Could not sell it in a second hand store. Floor was poping, from the glue underneath sticking. The refrigerator had trash in it when we arrived. Over all ok just not up to the standards especially for the price 😔

The resort is well laid out but is showing signs of wear and tear. The hot tub didn’t work until the last day of our week there. They have played Jenna with other features. They used to have a high end coffee and hot drink machine. That has been replaced with a cheaper and more basic one, with fewer options. Less staff available and the main building closed overnight. The World Golf Hall of Fame is no longer in the adjacent facility and the whole space feels like a ghost town. The people who are there are nice, but be ready for the timeshare hard sell when you get your parking pass. We were there during the Player’s Championship and be warned that the local golf courses double their prices, which are already steep. Overall though, the place is still a good option for couples or a small family.

Everything was perfect, the amenities are top notch, the pool area is great for everyone, they have games for the kids and all the equipment available if you want to play pickle ball, tennis or basketball. Our room was spotless, it was like a studio apartment, my wife & I had our privacy while the kids played, the balcony was perfect to seat out at night and enjoy the night. This will be our new place to come and stay when we come to St. Augustine..

The location was great, the walkability factor was a major plus, especially the location on the course and the walkway to the village and nearby restaurants. The room was smaller than pictured and not clean (hadn't been dusted in months, didn't smell clean and the room on the first floor had an infestation of roaches so we had to move rooms). The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful in moving us to a new room. Amenities could be better kept. Basketball was punctured. Nature preserve area appeared dead/dying. Pool area was fine but smaller than pictured.

The exterior of the property looked very nice and well maintained. Our unit was very lack-luster. We have stayed at Fairfield properties that have been much nicer and cost a lot less. The kitchen cabinets have been painted and are chipped. The oven is a complete piece of garbage and OLD. It had a popcorn ceiling and the living room space wasn't inviting whatsoever. Our unit faced that back of a stairwell and the garbage can. There were bags for recycling, but there wasn't a receptacle to discard them in. Of course, we were encouraged to attend their meetings about becoming an owner. LOL! I wouldn't invest in this if it was my last dime.

Amazing. There is no other word for it. The property, the staff, the amenities were all amazing. We stayed in a one bedroom balcony room overlooking the corner of a lake. It was quiet, comfortable, larger than expected and the price was affordable. The village is located in a quiet and clean larger neighborhood and close to major highways. It was perfect.

Right away I was concerned.

I received an email from the resort stating that they were understaffed, and my room might not be ready by check in. I called the resort and they assured me the room would be ready, since they could make a notation that it would be for an early check in. I got a call at 1:30 to tell me my room was ready. I arrived at 4:00, checked in, went to my room to find it still a mess from the last guests. I had to go back and get reassigned to a new room, which was disappointing, since my original room was on the ground floor, and the new room was on the third floor, right next to the stairs they were repairing. The room was okay, the bed was comfortable enough. We had to wash our pool towels, and they barely fit in the machine. The spin cycle was so loud with even the smallest load. I thought the push for the time share sales pitch was a little excessive. And, was highly suspicious of the fact that they ' forgot' to give me a parking pass to get me to come back to the concierge desk to get one. My overall stay was okay, but nothing special. For the amount i paid, i would rather have stayed at a real resort, not a time share.

Decent room but a timeshare scam

This is a timeshare for Bluegreen. They don’t advertise it when you book the room, but when you arrive they try to tell you that you HAVE to attend a sales meeting. We did not go because we booked through Hotels.com and did not agree to anything when we booked. If they want to sell people some crappy timeshare, they need to be forced off of these booking sites.

Building 4 is obviously a little tired but I see they are renovating building 3. Everything was very clean and in good working order. Great getaway for romance with a golf fanatic! Grounds and ambience are wonderful. Everyone at the museum was super friendly and informative. Lots to do. Wish you rented bicycles. Since the 18 hole putting course is no more, it would be fun for non-awesome golfers to do something active.

Beautiful property as usual, we have stayed here 4 times previous and we knew this was the hotel we wanted to be in for our wedding weekend. Unfortunately we arrived to the hotel and received the wrong room. We need the larger Deluxe room for the wedding party to get ready in. When this problem was trying to be fixed the hotel had no solutions anf told me to contact Expedia. They where rude and not apologetic. This really was a terrible start to the best weekend of our life. The hotel moved our room the next day but still made us feel like it was our fault and took no responsibility for the issue.

Great Golfing area - Mediocre Accommodations

The resort pool is wonderful and the golf course is beautiful. Other than golfing and swimming, there is not much to do, few shoppes and restaurants. Resort is isolated and about 20 minutes to St. Augustine. The small kitchen was well-equipped and the bed were comfy. The decor is somewhat dated and very dark (mostly chocolate brown). Kitchen floor tiles were cracked across the room and a roach was in my husband's shoe in the morning (gross). We also found the check-in was heavy-handed requiring signing statements on warnings of rules and additional fees, having to wait in a second line for information on the site, and having to wait till 4pm to check-in.

The property is nice enough - it is in decent condition and the outside grounds are well kept.

The condos though are not well maintained - I had to actually have the floor re-mopped as it was too sticky to walk on. even after remopping it was absolutely grotesque. They do need to change out appliances, furniture and carpets - it is overdo.

Oddly most condos overlook either the parking lot or the pool (continual music to all hours of the night piped in - and my favorite - stadium lights that seep into your room regardless of the black out curtains. These stay on all night - so bring a sleeping mask.

I was not aware that housekeeping was not included in stay. The room was clean however it was a little outdated and a bit dark. There was some repair/construction going on on the grounds. The pool was nice and the staff was nice as well. It’s 20 to 25 minutes from the beach and historical city.

Room 330, very uncomfortable full-size (not queen) beds with cheap sheets. Very small vanity in bathroom. Noise carries more than normal. To get your room keys, the front desk sends you to a desk that pushes timeshares.

First unit we were assigned was in building 5 on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool and 20 air conditioning units! Really noisy. The screened in balcony had screening on the bottom half only the top having been removed and not replaced. We asked to be moved ro another unit and were assigned one in building 6 overlooking the golf course on the 4th floor. Better view but nugbt table lamp didn't work, the laminate floor was lose and needed re-gluing and the leg on the stove was missing we had to put a spoon under it to stop it wobbling. Units are old and in need of renovation. Staff were very accommodating and friendly when we asked to switch units.

This place is tired. The condo was dark and worn. It was expensive for what it is. The staff gave away one of our rooms.
As a marketing strategy, they offered a free vacation if you toured their property with a sales person( (this reminded me of a timeshare)-I considered it but once I stayed there, I realized I didn’t want to go back-even for free.
Played golf at King and Bear- an average course at best -nothing special at all but price was ridiculously high

We really enjoyed our stay! The rooms are comfortable, well appointed and good beds. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the utensils, pans and things you would need. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Pool was beautiful and hot tub actually hot which was wonderful! We really loved the choice of restaurants in the area and the price at the actual restaurants on site was very reasonable. Our only complaint was the checkout time of 10 AM. That is extremely early and kind of at least a sour note at the end of your vacation. Also the concierge trying to sign us up for the timeshare was rather aggressive.

Overall a pretty nice resort. Large 2 bedroom rooms and spacious kitchen, living area. They no longer have a kids/game room. The weather was chilly and they keep the pool very warm. Our kids swam when it was 50 degrees out because the water was 84.

Central to golf and beaches

Stayed at Golf World during TPC week at Sawgrass. Golfed every morning and enjoyed TPC every afternoon.

Everything was Great from Start to finish unfortunately we had to leave early because of a Friend's death. Our accommodations were excellent and very Clean , location excellent and view sensational.

Employees were very friendly and helpful... The beds were comfortable put the walls between the rooms were very thin and you could hear everything going on in the next apartment.. the toilets were being flushed next door and you could hear it.. not a good nights sleep!
