Terrible bathrooms, no trash cans and fridge the room. Rooms very moderately clean. The location of the property was great but the staying experience was below average. The pieces of water and drinks at the hotel are very expensive for no reason.
Only plus point is the location of the hotel, it is a 10 min walk from Copacabana beach.

Great location, good for budget travellers

Perfect location, 3 minute walk from Copacabana beach. Working air-con. Room was a small but suited our purposes. New sheets every day and towells however due to the frequent beach trips and them not cleaning the floors that much if at all it did get very sandy by the end of the week on the floor, other than that cant fault it for the price.

I couldn’t believe the rate I paid for the location I stayed in. Room are very basic but it’s a budget hotel for budget travelers and it’s unparalleled.
Wonderful help from the receptionists especially Priscilla who went out of her way to help me around the city and respond to my every question despite my poor language abilities. Certainly going back and certainly recommend it

Ok but not great.

Basic accommodation so I'm not expecting much. Very close to Copacabana beach and restaurants. I wish they had at least a microwave oven in the rooms, or told me there is one in the reception I can use. Some cleaning is needed on the sink and shower. Its got some dark molds. Disgusting.

Good hotel

This hotel is very well located. If you’re looking for a budget hotel where you just one to have a decent room, select this one. I always choose based on location as I am not spending too much time in room rather to sleep and bath. The beds are not confy at all, very hard... but nothing to suffer, that’s all. They included breakfast but honestly didn’t has the chance to see what they offered.

Staff is very friendly. Check in took some time though and the power went out twice. Our key cards didn't work the first time so had to go back down. The room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. Location is also great, just 3 blocks from the beach. There are restaurants, stores, and pharmacies in the vicinity. There are always people about and seemed safe even at night. I'd definitely stay here again.

Expected a budget hotel and got exactly that. Rooms quite cramped and no toiletries provided except for soap. However the price was good for Rio and the heart of Copacabana beach is 10 min walk away so it is worthwhile

Good central location in walking distance of a good selection of shops and easy to jump on a bus to other neighbourhoods. Room was always clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very limited though and could be improved to allow for a bit more variety I.e cereals and more fruit options. Overall a really nice hotel and a great place to stay to explore Rio.

Don't recommend, bad service. Stingy policies.

It was a typical ibis hotel so it was simple and clean. Good location. The staff wasn't friendly and they also charged you extra for everything including luggage storage which made it annoying because you had no where to store your luggage before check in or after check out - luggage storage is a basic service that almost every hotel provides for free. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Not good if you want good service or need help!

Good location, close to metro. Small but simple and clean rooms. Staff wasn't friendly and they charge you for leaving luggage (by piece) behind which made it extremely annoying because you have to pay or hold all your luggage before check-in (which they are strict about when you can check in - they wont even bother checking if a room is available) or check out or if you make day trips. I have never been charged for leaving luggage at any hotel. They did not disclose that it cost money online either. They also only have 200 watt outlets so you need an adapter, other brazil hotels we stayed in had normal North American outlets. Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel, there are many options in this area that can get you better value.

Banheiro sem porta no box. Com uma cortina escura, deixando sem iluminação adequada para o banho. Água escorria para fora molhando totalmente o piso. O registro do chuveiro soltava conforme era manejado. Mesmo sendo uma proposta econômica achei que o quarto deixou muito a desejar.
