This is our second stay at Agrarian Hotel in Arroyo Grand. A cute town with pleasantness and courtesy. Close to Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo. Enjoyed our stay.

What a special property! Loved our suite with giant jacuzzi tub and spacious living/bedroom area. Happy hour was nice with a great selection wines and beers. Very clean and staff was friendly.

The hotel was comfortable. very clean. The coffee machine was super nice making you specialty drinks. there were Tesla chargers on site. I would definitely stay here again. The only down side was the front desk team did not seem very professional.

My husband, myself and our small dog had a short 2 night getaway to the coast. One of our favorite places is Arroyo Grande. We were so happy to find this gem right in The Village. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The Staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the property is well kept. They offer a good hot self serve breakfast which was good. They also have a happy hour for a couple of hours during the late afternoon. It’s walking distance to old town with restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely stay here again.
Nicole
This is my second time staying at this property. Beautiful hotel and location. Staff was great and room was clean. Only cons was I stayed in room facing street and loud trucks made it hard to sleep in. Also, when leaving my room for the day, I saw housekeeping and let them know I was leaving and would like my room clean. I came back and room was not touched. The front desk said housekeeping was by request only. I thought that telling housekeeping personally was pretty good communication, guess calling desk is best.
The gym was minimal, but nice and cold. Housekeeping looked like they had not been in that room either as there was trash and water cups laying around. Mirrors on the wall would be helpful since there are free weights.
All in all, it’s a great hotel and I would stay again. Just ask for a back facing room for privacy and quietness of that matters to you.
The gym was minimal, but nice and cold. Housekeeping looked like they had not been in that room either as there was trash and water cups laying around. Mirrors on the wall would be helpful since there are free weights.

Nice hotel, clean room, big and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and the breakfast is really good! The bathroom amenities are outdated, they need a nicer hand soap. But I would stay here again!
Kurt
Overall a fairly nice hotel but they could do better. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7am which was a deal killer for me. They turn their coffee machine off at 10:30am when they are done for breakfast. No cappuccino for me. Mediocre bed with tiny low quality pillows just didn’t cut it either. Nice Jacuzzi and good location. No excuse for no GYM either!
Benjamin
The room was clean and the location was excellent. We were walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and more. The continental break was wonderful. It was also close to the 101 highway!
Carmen
Everything was wonderful.
Ashley
Excellent clean room, no trouble with parking, and friendly staff! I couldn’t of been any happier with this booking.
Jessica
The room was spacious and comfortable the staff were very welcoming and the breakfast buffet was amazing!
edward
Nice place right in the village, good breakfast with amazing vine ripe strawberries:)
Marija
This place was so lovely! It wasn’t a hard decision because of the great reviews, but I will definitely come back! The location is perfect, right off the Main Street where all the quaint shops and restaurants are. Feels like you’re in a Hallmark movie. Love the nice touch of breakfast included and a bottle of wine. The Tesla chargers were a nice touch that helped us kill 2 birds with one stone while we were having fun! Rooms very comfy and loved the cozy design of the lobby. Thank you for a wonder stay!
Justine
Clean room, quiet and great location
Mariana
Excellent stay. Very spacious room, large bathroom with eco friendly toiletries, spacious furnished balcony, very comfortable king size bed. Clean and free of clutter room with fridge , microwave and a coffee machine. Easy complimentary parking, large parking spaces on premises. Your typical American continental breakfast with muffins , bagels, bread, waffle maker, coffee machine (Nesscafe) , etc. Perfect location within walking distance on the main street with a lot of restaurants, bars, coffeehouses, wine tasting places.
Highly recommend this place for everything it has to offer.

This was a pleasant hotel near the Arroyo Grande Village. Near enough to walk to and explore the surrounding neighborhood which is very charming. The swinging bridge is nearby. Our hotel room was generally clean. Although the remote control and the door knobs needed a good wiping down. I am immunocompromised, so I notice these things. The breakfast was hearty--eggs and potatoes, waffles, bagels, and more. The blueberry muffins were excellent. Overall we enjoyed the setting and were happy staying there.
Edward
Comfortable, great balcony, nice feel, great for walking the village, good breakfast, complementary happy hour was great!

My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here! We loved the area and how conveniently close everything was. The hotel was very clean, the view from our room was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed our time so much that we actually extended for another night. We would definitely recommend staying here and would absolutely stay here again!

Bed was comfortable. But if you're over 6'1\" expect your feet to hang.
Dana
Thank you for a nice breakfast.

Bathroom smells like mildew especially the shower stall. Shower head was moldy. I am sensitive to mold and mildew. Bed was ok needs a topper. Plenty of pillows. Walking distance to downtown and restaurants. Easy parking. We had a room that had adjoining door and we could hear the people talking all night through the door.

The only thing I did not like staying in room 127 was that every time someone would enter or exit the facility to the back door leading to the rear parking lot my room door would rattle and cause me to wonder if someone was trying to enter my room.
Brenda
The Agrarian Hotel is super nice and clean! Rooms where big and bed was comfy. The weather was cold/drizzling during our stay, so we didn’t get to try the pool. I enjoyed the breakfast, all the food was fresh and delicious. The staff are very friendly. The location is great, it’s walking distance to restaurants, stores, and the historic swinging bridge.
I will stay here again!

Pros: Clean, fairly new hotel. Loved that there were dimmers on the light switches. Comfortable bed, though we wished there was more variety in the pillows as they were all quite puffy, which wasn't great for a child. Staff were friendly. Area was very cute and felt very safe too. Parking was easy and free, loved the EV chargers. Price was reasonable. Breakfast was pretty standard chain hotel breakfast. AC units in the room were fairly quiet and effective.
Cons: while the hotel was quiet the night we stayed, as usual in most hotels you can easily hear through walls to the corridor. Also in the 2-bed rooms, the beds are double size which I didn't notice when booking, and it was quite tight for us even as two slim adults. The shower drained a bit slowly.
Overall the cons were minor and I would stay again.

My wife and I stay at this hotel every time we visit the central coast. It’s very clean and comfortable and a delicious breakfast to top it off. The value is definitely there. We love staying here, I think you will too.

I’ve always loved this place, been here a few times with family and friends. However, this time around my stay was very uncomfortable couldn’t sleep very well much less to watch a movie. There were many mosquitoes and gnats in the room, my friend and I had bites on our arms. In the morning when we checked out and mentioned to the front desk another person stated she also had many gnats in her room. The front desk clerk told us both that we would be contacted by the main manager immediately that day. Still waiting for that email or call. Very disappointed

Our favorite place to stay when coming back home to the Central Coast! Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The jetted tub in the King suite never fails to also be clean and soothing. Location in AG Village is awesome!

AMAZING, clean spacious and bright room! Parking was easy with plenty of space around the property. Breakfast was very good! I believe most of the rooms have a balcony; ours had a great view of the mountains. This hotel is a GEM and my wife and I absolutely LOVED it! We'll surely be back.
