The property is well-located—just a few meters from the beach and within walking distance of the beach town and the pier—which is why I gave it 4 stars; however, the facilities need maintenance. There is an elevator that gets stuck, everything looks very old, and the breakfast is very poor—they provide oatmeal but there is no microwave to heat it up. We requested housekeeping service but it wasn't done; we had to take our towels to the reception desk to get them changed.

We stay here at least once a year. While not bougie, the location can’t be beat. The bed is very comfortable. The staff are always super friendly and accommodating. The pool is very warm and the hot tub is as well. Being dog friendly puts them at the top of our list. I would highly recommend if you can get over a little age on the property, the rest is well worth the price!

Great location! Very convenient parking and beach access. We booked two rooms; the suite was clean and ready when we arrived, but the double queen room was not ready and we had to wait over an hour to get inside. The queen room also was on the third floor but the elevator was broken. Luckily we were able to navigate those stairs multiple times a day but it would be very inconvenient or even impossible for elderly, young children, or someone with a health condition. The queen room bathroom also was not very clean, and we had to fight with the AC all night. The ocean view from the queen room balcony however was beautiful! Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again and choose the suite as it was in much better condition and more accessible.

The elevator was out of service for the 4 days we were there and very inconvenient as we had rooms on the second floor and had to use the stairs. We were not told if the elevator issue until we arrived and we’re not offered rooms on the first floor. If a heart condition wasn’t an issue we would not have minded but it made it difficult. A clear ADA violation here!

Staff and customer service is a 5/5 stars. Very helpful staff and communication was spot on. Breakfast was grab and go with bagels, Cream cheese, Danish, muffins coffee and tea. Plenty of food and treats for Everyone. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the pier, a stroll on the beach, and cafes and restaurants. Rooms are standard and basic and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Our first night wasn’t the best. Extremely loud neighbors above, dirty bathroom. Got a text in the morning asking how our night was and we said it wasn’t good. Staff contacted us 15 min later, told us we would have the same above neighbors and offered us to move to the top floor with nobody above us. When we told them we had a graduation to attend and couldn’t move, the manager and her front desk staff that was helping us moved all four of our suitcases and extras to the new room. Had a great nights sleep the next night! Definitely not a 5 star hotel but for the location being in the beach and a heated pool yards from the ocean, ya can’t beat it.

The room itself was pretty run down, bedside lamp didn't work, one of the few outlets available didn't work. For some reason one side of the bed had two pillows, and the other side only 1. But the worst part of the stay was being downstairs, the noise above us was nonstop and made it really hard to relax. Will not be staying there again.

The view was incredible and absolutely amazing! We stayed in a regular room with a queen bed and it had all the amenities we needed. We even had streaming services as well. The staff was super friendly and they made our trip even more special for mine and my husband's 5 year anniversary by including a sweet note and bottle of wine to share as a complimentary gift for our celebration! We are definitely planning our next trip here again and cannot wait to take the whole family!

I like that the floor is vinyl so if there’s water from the ocean or the pool tracked in your room you can clean the floor and not worry about wet spots and a broom in the closet for sand. The grab and go breakfast was nice simple grab and go stuff like oatmeal, fruits, bagels and muffins and to go cups for coffee, hot chocolate or tea but if you bring your own food the room had a mini fridge coffee machine and microwave. The hotel is walking distance from everything so it was perfect so didn’t need to use the car but incase you forgot something for your trip Walmart is only 7 minute drive away! I needed extra towels and toothpaste if the cleaning staff couldn’t get it to you the front desk people offered to bring it you can tell they care about their customers and I plan on keeping this hotel as a regular summer stay. And I recommend your stay here it a lot closer to the beach then I thought for a fair price.
