Really enjoyed the property.

Clean comfortable suite. Breakfast was delicious. My 2 fur babies enjoyed the dog park on the grounds. This is my second time staying at The Oxford Suites and I plan on returning soon.

This place was great! we stayed for 4th of July weekend. It is not super close to the pier, but its an easy 3 min drive. The place was great! It was clean, and beautiful. They had a pool (great for the kids), jacuzzi, laundry room, gym and a small dog park area. Their free breakfast was delicious with lots of options. You also get drink vouchers! The place was well maintained and the staff was super nice! I will def come back here.
Nataly
Staff were extremely welcoming and nice. Rooms were up to expectations very clean and organized. The breakfast was also truly amazing.

Over priced and won't be back. Water issues
Maria
Great stay, spacious suite and delicious hot breakfast.
Cynthia
The rooms are very comfortable. Loved the set up and very close to the highway and the beach. The breakfast was a bit chaotic but still good.
Trinity
Enjoyable stay

Think property could use resort style games for families such as oversized Jenga, checkers and maybe ping pong tables. Only one pool and hot tub doesn’t fit the status for offering rooms that can hold up to 6 people. Families need more activities. The happy hour social time is a great addition.
Our floor had stuff stuck to carpet in room by trash can. Thinking about room allowing pets but only have carpet is a let down.
Great serve breakfast but family thought wasn’t cooked well Like it was in the past. Was good got sleeping but could use more blankets for the pull out couch.

This hotel was our favorite spot to stay while visiting SLO and surrounding areas. But this time we stood in a room right above pool area that was not to clean and very noisy. The shower was not cleaned and had drainage problems. TV had connection problems and only showed certain channels. The breakfast was always good, and happy hour is an extra treat to a long day of sightseeing. Not sure if the hotel is cutting down on cleaning staff or not.

I was check the bathroom. I love their shower head. It was peaceful

Oxford Suits is always a great place to stay. It is a clean well maintained property. The staff is always friendly. Also a great location right off the freeway and 5 mins from Pismo’s pier.

I booked a pool-view suite at the Oxford Suites on a Saturday night to attend a nearby graduation for my son early Sunday morning.
I paid a little under $500 for one night, and for that price I kind of expected a more relaxing stay. It wasn't the cost that shaped my expectations - I've had much better experiences at more modest hotels. After driving ~5 hours from the Palm Springs area, my family and I were excited to be able to relax and unwind.. unfortunately it was a very restless night for all of us. The biggest issue for me was the noise. There were children yelling and dogs barking in the courtyard throughout the night; I have two children of my own, so I appreciate family-friendly hotels that accommodate them and do not fault families for enjoying themselves, however the noise was excessive and there were no staff enforcing the signs posted for quiet hours.
The room itself was organized- but there was a lingering cigarette smell, extra linens that smelled even more strongly of smoke, and spiderwebs hanging on the lamps, making it feel unclean (there were also no-smoking signs posted).
On a more positive note - the staff was extremely friendly. The hotel also offers a complimentary drink and breakfast for each night of your stay. Location was also very convenient!
I genuinely hope that my experience was a rare off night and doesn't reflect what a typical stay is like. My stay here fell short of my expectations, so I don't think I'll be booking here again.

Peggy
This place was clean, had friendly staff and the rooms were very nice! Will stay here my next visit
Jennifer
What a cute place. Had to have been an old embassy suites!
Carter
This property is old and it shows it. The rooms look like they are from the 1980s and smell musty. But it is clean except for the Pull-out sofa which had old popcorn under the mattress which smelled bad. Their breakfast buffet was stellar, and they were very friendly. It looked like the rooms on the first floor had been renovated so hopefully the upper floor is in progress.
lisa
This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. It’s not super flashy on the outside but it’s clean. There is a free breakfast, daily free appetizer and drink happy hour that is great especially with the high prices to eat out or get a drink in this economy. It is perfect if you are traveling with pets, has a gated dog run area and very pet friendly. The location is close to the beach and the fwy. The staff is friendly and professional. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with good location. Front desk staff professional but not friendly. Cleanliness of room and for sure bathroom was not great. Been to this hotel many times, but first time I was a bit disappointed
Rose
Oxford Suites is always a great place to stay. The staff are friendly, the breakfast is good & the rooms are clean.

We arrived late and left after breakfast, so unfortunately we didn’t get to experience the property fully. Everything was great while we were there. We were pleasantly surprised by the room, which had a nice full living space separate from the sleeping area. We arrived 5 minutes before the bar closed and the staff gave us complimentary drink tickets and said to grab a drink before they closed. The complimentary breakfast was good, but very busy! Overall, we had a great stay. It was clean, quiet, and everything we needed on our journey south.
Sal
Love the pet treats, pet park area - king suite is closest with a sliding door to pet park area. Very pet friendly, close to shops and about 10mins away from the beach,
Christine
Great atmosphere, clean, quiet
Coach
Great place to stay. Great location close to everything, right off the freeway.
Margaret
Clean rooms and Breakfast were great! Staff was friendly and very helpful.
The only complaint I have is that noise the weekend of June 19-21st was so noisy in the evening when the families with the baseball players returned in the evening, they were very inconsiderate when it came to making loud and yelling noises that could be heard throughout the night, until 2am, even the adults were loud in the courtyards around the hotel rooms. I got up and yelled at the kids and told them to quiet that I too was trying to sleep and paid for this hotel. Ridiculous! The parents were also very loud. I have stayed at this hotel for many years and this by far was the worst time ever! I think that the staff should have addressed this noise!
Thank you,

Very outdated and it has a terrible smell.

We struggled with parking, our ac didn’t work and maintenance leaves early. We told them to leave early extra towels with room service never did. Small pool and hot tub, some kind of baseball tournament and well the kids took over everything complained to the lobby since the parents didn’t know what parenting was(kids fighting). Just overall chaos. Only good thing was location
Patricia
It was excellent.

Great stay, as usual!

Great family atmosphere. Everything was clean.

The place was great. Very clean, and classy.

Lovely hotel, with spacious rooms and nice beach decor. Comfy bed, nice reception drink and buffet breakfast. Will stay again!
marilen
We enjoyed our stay; the room was clean and very convenient to many establishments. We definitely recommend this hotel and will go back again.
Eekhang
Wonderful place to stay. Definitely will be returning. Good place to stay with children. Full breakfast served along with dining area. No issues with staffs. You can come and go as you please without feeling watched over.
Janet
Really nice place, great breakfast. Clean centrally located
Gregory
The staff at this property are friendly and it generally reflected decent housekeeping. However, it is in dire need of an overall renovation. Carpets fixtures, HVAC are all ancient. And there are no elevators beyond the lobby.
The room layout for the “two bedroom suite“ is also bizarre. The bathroom sink is in the sleeping area isolated from the shower and toilet.

We were graciously upgraded to a higher cost room because our room was not ready. The breakfast was very good. The young woman at the front desk was partucilarly welcoming. We stay here often.
Andrea
The hotel itself was nice, but a major inconvenience was the lack of an elevator in the Courtyard area. We were traveling with children and carrying luggage up and down the stairs was very difficult. If you are staying with kids, strollers, or have mobility concerns, this is something to be aware of before booking. An elevator would greatly improve the guest experience
june
I highly recomend Oxford Suites in Pismo Beach. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good breakfast that changes daily. Beds are wonderful. Very clean like being at home.
Lacinda
What a perfect stay. Staff was accommodating helpful took pride in their hospitality. Anything we needed was cheerfully supplied. Definitely family friendly. Lots and lots of children. The shuttle service was a wonderful extra that really helped out..Pool was kept clean as was the entire property.
Ashley
Pool would have been a great option. But during our stay it was very busy pool usage. More than 20 people at a time. Just not relaxing.
Matthew
Great place overal

Great location! Beautiful property.
Greg
This is not a negative review against the hotel’s staff, my wife and I brought our dog along with us and noticed not everyone who used the dog enclosure picked up after their dog we had to watch where we walking very discussing.
Rosalba
Enjoyed our weekend stay!
Sandra
We’ve stayed at the Oxford suites in Pismo Beach several times. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the included breakfast is very good. It’s great for a family because it has a separate living room with a hide a bed couch, small refrigerator, and microwave. The staff is friendly and efficient.
Jaycee
Awesome guest services. Wifi was alittle spotty other than that awesome stay thank you.
Ma
Love it. Clean room. Friendly staff
Kenneth
Very close to the outlet and just a few mins drive from pismo beach. The cocktail hour was very good and the pool is nice and big
Tetyana
Very convenient..
Kaitlyn
The room was not clean at all. The sheets had a brown stain on them. The bathroom floor hasn’t been really cleaned in a while. I do not recommend using the coffee machine. The water compartment is not clean. Luckily, my room had a microwave and I heated up a cup full of water. Breakfast and free cocktail was a positive for this hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
Andrew
The Oxford has a quaint feel to it with a nice courtyard. The rooms are fairly spacious with good countertop space, but the floors were pretty dirty based on the black color of our socks and feet after we showered. The breakfast was ok, my kids liked their waffles and sausage links but in my opinion, it was lower quality than typical continental breakfasts from other hotels. The staff was very kind and helpful when we were checking in and during breakfast.
Sophia
This was our first time in Pismo and staying at the Oxford. Our experience was absolutely wonderful. Our room was so awesome, the set up was cool, the amenities were great. We slept so comfortably too. The breakfast was soooo good!!! All of the staff we encountered during our stay were so friendly and helpful, we couldn't be more happier. Thank you for making our visit to Pismo memorable, Oxford!
Ana
The stay was pretty much okay. The only thing I didn’t like was that check in was at 4pm. We arrive at 3pm and a room was ready if we wanted it for an extra $15. Really? We ended up paying the extra $15 since we have been driving already for a long period and just wanted to relax. The rooms are semi clean and the place good use a good remodeling. They gave us 2 complimentary cocktails at the bar which was really nice. The free morning breakfast buffet was good too. Overall a pretty okay stay.
VADIM
Very neat, conveniently located
Marlene
Oxford Inn And Suites is the best place to stay in Pismo Beach. It’s right off of the 101 freeway easy access to the town. The staff is great. They even have a shuttle to take you into town and the breakfast buffet was great. I highly recommend Oxford suites and Pismo Beach.
Dora
Its always a good stay! I know the rooms are dated. The bathrooms could use a good scrubbing...floors are dingy.
Rosa
Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Not only is it charming in looks but hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The evening bar was pleasant. Morning breakfast was great. Will for sure be back
Cecilia
This place would be good for families. We were during the car show and it was very busy and a little too nosy for me, but given the weekend was busy and there was a lot of kids around it would be good for families to use this place
Raul
Room was clean staff was excellent very helpful and friendly breakfast in morning was on point and to close out the night the bar staff and drinks were great definitely coming back and recommending
Glenda
Needed a place at the last minute and this location had the best rate, not to mention how beautiful it was! The staff were courteous and attentive. Exceptional service! The room was clean and the bed was amazing! Breakfast was the cherry on top of an incredible stay! Would recommend this location hands-down!

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The beds were especially cozy, making for a great night's sleep. The front desk staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus. They offered a hot breakfast along with cereal, fruit juices, and coffee. There was plenty of seating available both indoors and outside by the pool, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the morning.
The hotel is conveniently located just minutes from the outlets and provides easy access to the freeway.
My only minor disappointment was the evening reception. While the complimentary drinks were appreciated, there were virtually no savory snacks available. I realize this isn't an Embassy Suites, but even something simple like chips and dip would have been a nice addition.
Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely return to this hotel without hesitation.

Great location and awesome place overall. Samantha at the front desk was very welcoming and made the check in quick. The breakfast was very nice with a lot choice. There was a used towel from the previous guest. I guess that is minor thing. The other thing we were not very sure about if the bedsheet was changed or not. We let the front desk know when checking out
Overall, I will definitely stay again on my next visit to Pismo.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Me and my partner decided last minute to take a trip and just randomly chose the Oxford due to the affordable prices compared to other hotels near. The building was just stunning, complimentary drinks and breakfast (which was actually yummy) , heated pool and hot tub, great location and not to mention a super friendly staff. 10/ 10
Shannon
The hotel itself was nice and clean. The pool was great. The rooms are only cleaned thoroughly twice a week. When I stay at a hotel, I like my room to feel clean, smell clean and be clean. It felt dirty, there was trash from the last guest, etc
Jasper
Great place for a family gateway
Anita
Comfortable bed and good breakfast! Very nice property in a great location.

We had a wonderful stay at Oxford Suites! The rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made our trip relaxing after long days of exploring. The complimentary breakfast was awesome with plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from every morning.
One of the highlights was the evening happy hour from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM, which had a great variety of drinks and created a really welcoming atmosphere for guests. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home throughout our stay.
The hotel location was also very convenient, with many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas nearby, making it easy to get around and enjoy the trip. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Oxford Suites to other travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay.

Definitely would recommend this hotel, it is in a good area between Grover beach & Pismo beach. There is also a lot of things in the area from food to the outlets. So you never have to drive too far.
Thomas
The staff and the breakfast were both excellent.
Maria
Great for families and couples. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Breakfast has something for everyone, hot and cold, including waffle-maker that the kids love. Literally, has sprinkles.
Cocktail lounge is nice and there’s ample indoor seating in lobby area. Outside grounds offer additional lounge area with table-style firepit—perfect for chilly Pismo evenings.
We will return.
