Hotel was beautiful and staff was helpful. There is no hot tub, just a small pool. The breakfast was not free and way overpriced for what they had to offer.
Rachel
Great convenient location. Nice lobby, comfy beds and bathroom. Black out curtains. Would stay here again.
Danielle
The outside is really nice Spanish style however the lobby lacks the same aesthetic. It felt very clinical like a doctors office. Check in was supposed to be 3pm, but our room wasn’t ready. The bathroom was very dingy, wallpaper peeling moldy baseboards. We had to pay to park which I found odd for the location.
Joanne

Sally
Great place to stay!
Jennifer
Very clean and nice property. Easy access from freeway. Beds were pretty hard and the walls are thin but other than that it was great.
Joshua
It was graduation weekend, as explained to me by the staff, so rates were nearly doubled and I paid over $450 for one night. That’s price gouging.
GURINDERJIT
Some keyed scratched my brand new black truck in the parking lot, the front desk said that they cannot review cameras. The faucets in the bathroom spray water all directions. Mold under the sink. All rooms are pet friendly floors seem sticky
Patrick
Great location, easy parking, big room.
Fabian A.
Everything about our stay was very nice. I liked that they offered us a breakfast. This alone was a time saver. This was a busy weekend. We will definitely book in our future stays. Thank you.
Jesus
Couple minute drive to beach. Spacious rooms, Clean, Friendly staff. Will return!
Cesareo
$21 breakfast and they do not clean your rooms until after your third day. For what you pay, no thanks
NICOLE
Property was not close to the beach but within a 6 minute drive but the room itself the mattress was very uncomfortable did not sleep well

we’re having issues with the AC in our room. it takes forever to cool down & we haven’t slept comfortably even if they changed the thermostat it seems like it’s not working properly! the maintenance guy went there to fix it but it’s still the same .

Our room was in excellent condition, the breakfast and staff were very helpful and the food was excellent. The hotel staff were kind, helpfull and knowledgeable about events and restaurants about the town. we enjoyed our stay very much.
Don
Diana and the staff were excellent and helpful!
Sonia
We checked in at 8 PM, and the desk clerk was somewhat rude. She assigned us a room that felt like a dungeon because it overlooked a storage area outside the window. In the hallway outside our room, there was a bucket catching water leaking from the ceiling. The clerk mentioned three times that she couldn't upgrade us to a different room because we booked through a third-party site, Expedia. She made it clear that booking this way didn't come with hotel privileges, even though I am a Bonvoy member. However, we were eventually able to get her to move us to a different room on the first floor. It was smaller, but better overall.
Sandra
We arrived early but couldn’t check in yet so returned past check in time and had to wait over 30 minutes for room to be finished. Then there were no towels in the room. No towels at the pool. Staff were friendly. Attention to details can be improved.
Laarni
We love this hotel. Very accommodating, costumer service is very excellent especially the front desk and the housekeeping. They are very helpful. The room are super clean. We would love to go back again and book this hotel.
Paula
Girls stay roomy affordable, convenient and clean.
Jorge A
The toilet wasn’t working—the water backed up and overflowed when we flushed it. The staff only provided a plunger. Additionally, the bed was not very comfortable and felt too springy.
Ashish
Door knobs were loose. Shower head is crazy high intensity jet.
Staff could not help with Restaurent instructions.
Overall, ok experience.
I see the experience varies with the property. Not sure how to know and avoid such surprises.

Clean rooms and facilities recommend this property
Mike
It was nice place to stay.the only thing I would complain about is the noise from rooms above you. I know that’s not the hotels fault but we stayed for three nights and every night it sounded like kids were playing basketball in the room until 1 or two in the morning.
Savita
The hotel is really nice, clean and the marina bayview from our room was amazing. Staff was helpful. Parking is Valet for $60 a night, which was easy to do but slightly expensive. The breakfast was good and fresh. Only thing they could have added to breakfast like other Hilton hotels would be made to order omelettes.
Whitney
Great place for a family. Pool was easy to access, breakfast was fresh and good variety of foods. Parking was very easy and safe.
Rocio
I didn’t know they would charge $15 a night for parking plus other fees.
Pamela
Disappointed that they charged us to park.
Asencion
Enjoyed our stay and will return
Nancy
Power outage on our 3rd day, would have appreciated a call or message about when power would return. Otherwise the property was very clean and rooms were spacious. A few of the staff members were not as pleasant as others.

The hotel charges way to much to hand things falling apart in the room n ac didn’t work for crap room was hot no way to open window it wax locked locked no screen on window n the hotel says dinner n breakfast but there’s no dinner n the breakfast is ridiculous not included but should be u can get a nice good breakfast at a cheaper place n nicer they charge $20 for a breakfast a regular hotel gives u feee n it’s not even warm or hot it’s cold n dry don’t recommend n they kept charging crazy things of taxes including a $19 a day for lodging that’s extra on top of the price would not stay there again only good thing wax staff up front
Rose
Clean, decent
Brittany
The signage was off, the pool closed at 8:30 even though the sign said 9, it states they have free breakfast, they don’t, and it also says they have a restaurant but it’s really only a bar and it’s not open on weekends.
Other than that, staff was friendly. Our server Daniel at Breakfast was amazing. Room was nice and spacious.

Clean room, hot water, comfortable beds.
Didn’t use the pool, workout room was clean and had a variety of machines and weights.
Staff were friendly and helpful, checking in and out was painless. Room cards worked the entire time.

Gorgeous view. Clean comfortable room. We would definitely stay here again.
Maria
This was a really nice property that was close to the beach. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was also very friendly.
Marian
Large rooms, restaurant and great location. They now charge for parking which doesn't really make sense given the location.
Kevin
Great hotel in a quiet safe area. You do have to pay for parking but this is a good family friendly hotel with plenty of amenities
Lesley
I used the app to check in and got to \"pick my room\". Naturally, I showed up and the app said I needed to stop at the front desk anyway (so, my time checking in was a waste). Add-on charge for parking was chickenshit. They changed my room, too - from something with a view to a room with view of a cinder block wall.
No bottles of water in the room.
Really, this is how a \"member\" is treated?
Unlikely to return.

Water wasn’t consistently hot in shower.
Black marks on bathroom walls.
Soap dispensers in shower were empty.

Horrible stay! Reserved room and paid in advance. Upon checking in I was subjected to excessive parking fees, which was bizarre given this was a small central coast beach town and the parking lot sat empty with zero; and I mean absolutely zero parking around hotel; so there was zero choice but to pay unless I took an Uber there. Second I was made to make a deposit for incidentals which I was unaware of given I supplied a credit card to reserve room. Which seems to be held for 10 days. Still haven’t seen my funds released. I reserved an accessible room for my mother’s ease of use and ability to get to room. This didn’t matter because we had to walk a long uphill path from where we were allowed to park. 1st room the window shade came crashing down and we had no way to shade window so they moved us into room across from ours which was not accessible. Room locked us out from inside and no one on staff to get us into room so I had to use my MacGyver skills to access room. Room was infested with gnats, which I come to find was the coffee maker as the origin of infestation. Glad I saw the larve before I used it. And to top it all off breakfast was not included but rather a $20 per person option. Which I declined for obvious reasons. Do not stay at this hotel you will regret it and it really makes the Hilton brand look cheap and very penny pinching.
Jim
The room was nice and mostly clean, the carpet had areas with dark brown stains. ☹️
I thought my room payment was going to be the final cost through Expedia but Hilton charged a $15.00 parking per day fee upon arrival. Expedia should warn / alert you of this.

The room was very nice, clean and spacious. I would stay there again.
Susan
The blinds in the room were not working properly, no hot water in the morning to take a shower had to wait to get it.
Javier
Great clean place!
Loreen
Nice day. Clean rooms. But would be nice if there were water bottles in the room you have to pay if you want water bottles
Jose

Oscar
Very quiet
Rosa
Too much street noise and third floor smell lokr grease
Saul
What a wonderful place to spend a weekend the Hilton Garden Inn was very nice accommodating clean, and the pool was just feet from my patio. I will definitely be staying here again.
Megan
Front desk staff provided great service. Room was clean. My only comment is the pillows are way too soft, fortunately I was able to get extra pillows from the front desk.
Jairo
Property is really clean and the rooms are really clean and feels like home my only issue was the overpriced parking. $50 per car even when on the app says free parking!
Enrique
A bit of an older property with decent rooms and regular garden inn amenities. Service was amazing and staff super friendly
Angelique
Large room. Responsive staff to requests.
Gerald
Very clean
Michael
Beautiful grounds and clean amenities. Staff were very attentive and checked on us. Easy to access ride shares, location to five cities destinations anywhere

Everything was so good

Clean room.
Although the breakfast that we paid for is not worth it.
We could have spent the same amount of money for better breakfast meal.

The front desk staff is nice.

We didn’t have any hot water and staff didn’t compensate in any way for it.
Varthamanan
Very good staff, clean room, nice parking. Easy access to shops and downtown.
Glen
The Staff was GREAT, starting with check in with Erika Gallegos. The bartenders, the housekeeping, every body. So why not 5 stars. Well we booked here because it had a bar. The only thing less enticing than the bar hours was the poor selection. a couple beers and a couple wines. not really a bar. And it seemed like it was never open.
But let's talk about hot water... there wasn't any. When I stay in a hotel for 4 days, it would sure be nice to have a hot shower every morning. Tepid would best describe the hottest the shower and sink water got. Too bad. We had a great room with an ocean view and as I mentioned, the staff was great. now fix the hot water and add some items and hours to your bar.

Staff is very nice and corteus

The room was pretty nice and very clean, which is what you expect at a Hilton. Only minor thing about the room was the shower curtain was a bit torn on the hooks. The 2 receptionist ladies I interacted with were great, very friendly. Cleaning staff was courteous. I'm only docking a star because of the dinner room service--the pork on the sliders was extremely dry and kind of hard and the sauce was on the side, which makes me think the meat was either microwaved or left out for a while. The steak was bland and came medium when I ordered medium rare, and they were out of the mashed potatoes option for the side (which was replaced with sautéed bell peppers, which were just fine). Unlike what you'd expect for a normal room service, everything arrived in a bag packaged in to-go containers with cheap plastic utensils, which was annoying for cutting steak and made for a cramped and unpleasant eating experience on an already sub-par meal. The best part of the meal was actually the dressing on the caesar salad, which was delicious.

The room is big but I do not like the faucets in the bathroom.

Convenient location.
JUAN BERNARDO
Yes, everything was fine
Heather
Room was nice. Hotel was not at capacity, could have given us a room with a view other than the parking lot. Also, having us go through the side gate entrance was disgusting. Soaking wet and stinky. Other than that, our stay was great!
Kimberly
Spacious, comfortable and aestheically pleasing. All good, except $20 for the buffet breakfast, which we skipped.
Philip
Clean rooms. Lots of room
William
All good, pricevwas good.
Emily
Great stay! Very clean and friendly staff.
Kaitlin
Great stay. Good service
Blake
It was fine, egg are instant.
Jai
No food services only small self help quick snacks and boxes of breads and so on
Edwin
Staff is great!!
Sharon
It took the front desk person multiple tries to get our room keys done. The bathroom had not been cleaned after the prior occupant. The electrical outlets in the sitting area were taped over with clear tape and could not be used (a bit scary). We could hear the loud elevator every time it went up or down until 11pm. I would never stay here again.
Ruben
Great stay

LEONA
Rooms were spacious

Great staff at the front desk will be back for sure
Ana
We enjoyed our stay here, staff was friendly and helpful. The place was near everything.
Larissa
The hotel is conveniently located near the outlets, but I was disappointed to find quite a bit of hair in the bathroom and in other areas of the room. I had also paid for the breakfast buffet, and when I arrived at 8 AM, much of the food was already gone and wasn’t replenished until I asked.
Rebeca
This place was very nice the staff was friendly in the gym was clean too good service
