we’re having issues with the AC in our room. it takes forever to cool down & we haven’t slept comfortably even if they changed the thermostat it seems like it’s not working properly! the maintenance guy went there to fix it but it’s still the same .

We checked in at 8 PM, and the desk clerk was somewhat rude. She assigned us a room that felt like a dungeon because it overlooked a storage area outside the window. In the hallway outside our room, there was a bucket catching water leaking from the ceiling. The clerk mentioned three times that she couldn't upgrade us to a different room because we booked through a third-party site, Expedia. She made it clear that booking this way didn't come with hotel privileges, even though I am a Bonvoy member. However, we were eventually able to get her to move us to a different room on the first floor. It was smaller, but better overall.

We arrived early but couldn’t check in yet so returned past check in time and had to wait over 30 minutes for room to be finished. Then there were no towels in the room. No towels at the pool. Staff were friendly. Attention to details can be improved.

The toilet wasn’t working—the water backed up and overflowed when we flushed it. The staff only provided a plunger. Additionally, the bed was not very comfortable and felt too springy.

It was nice place to stay.the only thing I would complain about is the noise from rooms above you. I know that’s not the hotels fault but we stayed for three nights and every night it sounded like kids were playing basketball in the room until 1 or two in the morning.

The hotel is really nice, clean and the marina bayview from our room was amazing. Staff was helpful. Parking is Valet for $60 a night, which was easy to do but slightly expensive. The breakfast was good and fresh. Only thing they could have added to breakfast like other Hilton hotels would be made to order omelettes.

The hotel charges way to much to hand things falling apart in the room n ac didn’t work for crap room was hot no way to open window it wax locked locked no screen on window n the hotel says dinner n breakfast but there’s no dinner n the breakfast is ridiculous not included but should be u can get a nice good breakfast at a cheaper place n nicer they charge $20 for a breakfast a regular hotel gives u feee n it’s not even warm or hot it’s cold n dry don’t recommend n they kept charging crazy things of taxes including a $19 a day for lodging that’s extra on top of the price would not stay there again only good thing wax staff up front

The signage was off, the pool closed at 8:30 even though the sign said 9, it states they have free breakfast, they don’t, and it also says they have a restaurant but it’s really only a bar and it’s not open on weekends.

Other than that, staff was friendly. Our server Daniel at Breakfast was amazing. Room was nice and spacious.

I used the app to check in and got to "pick my room". Naturally, I showed up and the app said I needed to stop at the front desk anyway (so, my time checking in was a waste). Add-on charge for parking was chickenshit. They changed my room, too - from something with a view to a room with view of a cinder block wall.
No bottles of water in the room.
Really, this is how a "member" is treated?
Unlikely to return.

Horrible stay! Reserved room and paid in advance. Upon checking in I was subjected to excessive parking fees, which was bizarre given this was a small central coast beach town and the parking lot sat empty with zero; and I mean absolutely zero parking around hotel; so there was zero choice but to pay unless I took an Uber there. Second I was made to make a deposit for incidentals which I was unaware of given I supplied a credit card to reserve room. Which seems to be held for 10 days. Still haven’t seen my funds released. I reserved an accessible room for my mother’s ease of use and ability to get to room. This didn’t matter because we had to walk a long uphill path from where we were allowed to park. 1st room the window shade came crashing down and we had no way to shade window so they moved us into room across from ours which was not accessible. Room locked us out from inside and no one on staff to get us into room so I had to use my MacGyver skills to access room. Room was infested with gnats, which I come to find was the coffee maker as the origin of infestation. Glad I saw the larve before I used it. And to top it all off breakfast was not included but rather a $20 per person option. Which I declined for obvious reasons. Do not stay at this hotel you will regret it and it really makes the Hilton brand look cheap and very penny pinching.

I thought my room payment was going to be the final cost through Expedia but Hilton charged a $15.00 parking per day fee upon arrival. Expedia should warn / alert you of this.

The Staff was GREAT, starting with check in with Erika Gallegos. The bartenders, the housekeeping, every body. So why not 5 stars. Well we booked here because it had a bar. The only thing less enticing than the bar hours was the poor selection. a couple beers and a couple wines. not really a bar. And it seemed like it was never open.
But let's talk about hot water... there wasn't any. When I stay in a hotel for 4 days, it would sure be nice to have a hot shower every morning. Tepid would best describe the hottest the shower and sink water got. Too bad. We had a great room with an ocean view and as I mentioned, the staff was great. now fix the hot water and add some items and hours to your bar.

The room was pretty nice and very clean, which is what you expect at a Hilton. Only minor thing about the room was the shower curtain was a bit torn on the hooks. The 2 receptionist ladies I interacted with were great, very friendly. Cleaning staff was courteous. I'm only docking a star because of the dinner room service--the pork on the sliders was extremely dry and kind of hard and the sauce was on the side, which makes me think the meat was either microwaved or left out for a while. The steak was bland and came medium when I ordered medium rare, and they were out of the mashed potatoes option for the side (which was replaced with sautéed bell peppers, which were just fine). Unlike what you'd expect for a normal room service, everything arrived in a bag packaged in to-go containers with cheap plastic utensils, which was annoying for cutting steak and made for a cramped and unpleasant eating experience on an already sub-par meal. The best part of the meal was actually the dressing on the caesar salad, which was delicious.

It took the front desk person multiple tries to get our room keys done. The bathroom had not been cleaned after the prior occupant. The electrical outlets in the sitting area were taped over with clear tape and could not be used (a bit scary). We could hear the loud elevator every time it went up or down until 11pm. I would never stay here again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the outlets, but I was disappointed to find quite a bit of hair in the bathroom and in other areas of the room. I had also paid for the breakfast buffet, and when I arrived at 8 AM, much of the food was already gone and wasn’t replenished until I asked.

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past when going to Pismo. This is the first time I came back after it has been touched up. It is a nice and quiet place to stay, located near highway 1 but you could hardly hear the traffic. Location is a short drive to stores, beach, and pier.
