Great value, clean and roomy. Only complaints were following: no glasses/ cups in room, very loud A/C (even on lowest setting), no towel hangers in vanity area, coffee in lobby does not start until 7 AM, and thin walls (neighbors loud until midnight). But, better than average.
Sylvia
Bathroom area was clean. Had to do a little hunting to find the blow dryer. Should’ve been just mounted to the wall. It did not get hot at all. More like lukewarm. Bed was comfortable there was a big gap around the door where you could see the sunlight from the outside. But be aware there is no coffee pot or machine in the room. No bath soap, they have shampoo and conditioner and body wash bottles mounted to the wall in the shower. Which is unsafe to me. Who knows what people put in those bottles. No iron in the rooms. Or luggage rack.
Tolentino
The shower was dirty and had hairs in it.

Staff was good , room was clean and fresh we had plenty of parking and check in was very easy. It was our 4th time to stay there.
David
Clean but getting a little run down since we’ve been staying there a couple times a year for 2 years now. It’s easy off the freeway and staff friendly.
Richard
It was a dream

I checked out at 7:15am this morning with the virtual machine in the lobby, and I received a check out email asking when we will be leaving .??
There were No pool towels,
Room was clean and efficient. Phone line did not plug correctly into the handset. Received an email to contact hotel if we needed assistance, did not work.

It was good for one day.
Sean
Wonderful and very pleasant staff. Clean, quiet and near everything. I would definitely stay there again.
Taylor
It was extremely uncomfortable. The front desk person wasn’t very friendly either.
Tina
Quiet. Restful night. Nice staff.
Gregory
Staff was helpful.
Ruth
There were many things I loved about this property: friendly check-in staff, extras you wouldn't expect at a 2* (laundry, BBQ area, coffee in lobby, ice machine, etc), very clean, very comfortable bed, refrigerator, microwave, and easy parking. Great location - close to freeway without the noise and near restaurants. Only downside for me was noise from other guests (suggest you get upstairs room) and poor water pressure in the shower.
Fred
If you like a cheap motel 6 this is the place, but you pay a premium. Awful place, bed and bedding awful, small little(tiny) little room with a small shower head with almost no water coming out of it. Stay away
Anahid
The location was nice
Rob
Paper thin walls and ceilings, stark bright white lights on or off, no \"lamps or reading lights,\" no closets. Lighting over vanity very poor. Low cost remodel barely cuts it. No restaurant of food, only a vending machine.
Mariam
The employee that helped me check in was professional and nice. Other than that the stay was not pleasant at all. Once we arrived in the hotel room we noticed that we were not able to lock the door. We asked the front desk if we could get the lock fixed or a new room. The staff told us that they will send maintenance to our room. Maintenance never arrived. We also saw a cockroach in front of the door and there was a lot of dirt and debris on the ground. We informed staff and they sent housekeeping to clean it up. Housekeeping did arrive but opened the door without knocking. When she realized there was someone in there she tried to quickly leave without apologizing.
Amardeep
The staff was nice the room was clean the pool was great 😊

Clean

Good for a quick stay .The room was kinda run down and there was signs of the ceiling leaking at one point like they forgot to paint after the repair … Also seemed like the pool area didn’t have closing hours because the room was by the pool and you can hear people down stairs past 11pm.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our visit. They even lit the outdoor fire for us, which was a nice touch. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

We have stayed here every year for the last 5 years, never again .The front desk guy Dave I believe is amazing and went out of his way to help, but the manager is awful and doesn't care. We had black mold in our air conditioner unit and reported it and nothing was done. Would never recommend or stay here again
Denise
Staff was helpful.
JO
The bathroom was dirty
Jermane
Pool and spa close very early and open late. Do mot plan in going to dinner and then hit the spa after. We have came here for many years but the last two times the rooms gad stained/ dirty sheets and toilets were dirty. This has only happened in the last sux months or so prior it was always very clean.

Nice place and the property is maintained. I’ve stayed at this location last year as well. I liked that last year the offered continental breakfast which I appreciated. Now they offer coffee all day (not an upgrade ).

Michelle
Was just there for a quick day trip for work/dad of town and everybody was super friendly. He was super clean super nice super quiet.
Ann
Great location. Staff was super friendly. Coffee on demand. Very peer-friendly; was a nice stay with our dog. Plenty of outdoor spaces. Right off the freeway!
Kimberly
Parking was great. Quiet property which was exactly what we were looking for.
Noah
Room was not too clean. Dried urine and things on the floor. Room for sure smelled like dog and or dog food. Bed was worn out uncomfortable. No iron or board. They did have a fridge and a microwave so that is a plus.
Ashley
I feel like the room could’ve been cleaner. There was sand on the floor when we first arrived, walls and around the doorknobs was kind of dirty. The pool was great though and the front desk lady was super nice. Fire pit was great!
Susan
I booked through Expedia for a one week stay. I got my total with taxes and fees and was charged a different total - $45.48 to be exact. The front counter kept blaming Expedia and vise versa. Still nothing has been resolved.
Racheal
Was ok. Clean quiet good enough
Diane
Everything was fine, except for the bed and no coffee maker in the room.
kathleen
Staff, pool and room great for the price. Location also a plus
Kendra
Not near the beach, I thought it would be. When we entered the lobby (after a long drive) the receptionist continued her conversation on the phone with a potential guest for about 10-15 minutes before checking us in! Room was just OK.
Maggie
No staff on site. Had to check in via a virtual person on a kiosk and had issues with check in. very frustrating.
Ashley
Clean room. Helpful staff
Jermane
Room had no tv control. Sheets were dirty/ or stained with yellow and what looked like dried blood. No room servicing for fresh towels. Spa and pool closes very early at 9. There was no parking.
Juan p.
Yes
Marie Joy
The room was very dirty. The bed had hair and blood stains on the sheets. The tub had dirt and pubic hair in it. There was urine around the toliet floor. I ended up going to the local store and got cleaning supplies because I knew we would only be more stressed finding another hotel room for our weekend. I am definitely going to spend more money next year and book at a cleaner establishment.
Anahid
The room was uncomfortable. The bed was too high. There were no comfortable chairs in the room. The place charged me twice. The extra $100 charge is not clear to me where it comes from.
Anthony
Nice, peaceful, safe. Laundry room needs attention. Also obvious dust build up in room.
Andrew
No frills for the most part other than a Refrigerator in the rooms. However, quiet and great view of Arroyo Grande from my room.
Andrea
The staff was amazing! The rooms weren't bad but i did have to call front desk because i had dirty towels in my room folded down for the next person to use, my daughter also got a room there and there was a whole in the ceiling and dirty towels. Also surprise to see that there was no iron in the rooms, refrigerator didn't even keep my drinks cold as if it wasnt even plugged in. I was given a wifi password and i wasnt able to log in since nothing would pop up for me with the hotels name.
david
Nice friendly environment
Evaristo
Nice and clean just noise.
Javier
The ice machine was not working and we had no towels for us to shower hot water was not get hot in the shower
Melissa
The was not cleans hair all in the restroom the shower curtain had boogers all over it .. my room floor had food crumbs all over and the bed of so uncomfortable you sink in . Never again we will stay there ..
Emma
To their credit, the staff was helpful and got us a new room, but we still had to get a new room as soon as we arrived. The sheets were covered in dirt and stains; though things were tidied up, the place itself is worn down, and rugged. For the three nights we spent, it did its job when it comes to providing us a place to sleep, but other than that, it was very okay. It would not be our first choice if we came back to Arroyo Grande, probably not even on the roster. If you can afford another hotel that’s a bit more expensive, you might as well save for that one.
Tina
Clean room, newly renovated from the old Premier Inn. Much improved. Sits up on the hill. Walking distance to Panera. 5 mins drive to Pismo Beach. Bed was very comfortable. No complaints.
Aracely
That they had a grill
Anthony
Nice, clean, peaceful and safe place.
Carmen
La abitacion muy limpia muy calmado y el personal todo muy bien
Daniela
The place was good the walls are a little thin so I could hear the person in the other room snoring when it was time for bed.
Dave
Shower was good, bed was OK. Perfect room for that price point. I would stay there again.
Santiago
Room was great family enjoyed the stay.
Samantha

Gary
Clean and great location for a getaway for the week with your family
Yorllana
Great place to stay , it was in a great location close to shopping and minutes away from the beach. Rooms were clean and service was great. Just one complaint the coffee was awful and the donuts were not good either. But it was ok we went to a small bakery not a big deal.
ELIZABETH
This hotel has an AI reception. It was hard to understand him.
cecilia
The staff was great and the room was clean
Tal
We stayed with our two little kids and our dog. The stay was very pleasant—we used the hot tub and the fire pit outside, both were well-maintained and fun to use. The reason we gave only 4 stars is that the room's floor wasn't very clean—it seems like it was swept, so no visible dirt, but after a couple of minutes walking with socks, you got them full of dust, which was not very pleasant, especially with kids.
Michael
Clean and quiet. No complaints other than the laughable water \"pressure\" in the shower. Otherwise, a completely adequate and pleasant stay. Nothing special, really, but we didn't need anything special - just a clean, quiet place to sleep.
