You can't be taller than 5'6 to be under the shower. Walls are paper thin and can hear all conversations in the next room. Defiantly bring your own pillow. The Wi-Fi is terrible and you can't watch TV or sign into Netflix it continues to refresh and you have to go out and back in continually.

This place was filthy. Upon arrival our new room had a dirty t shirt rolled up under the table. The floors were dirty and not cleaned or vacuumed. The room smelled awful of cigarettes. The entire evening was a loud noisy neighbor that lives in the inn and was up the entire night. There was no air conditioning!!! Do not stay here!!! It is a rip off and very poorly kept and management offered only $50 off for our horrible stay. Save your time and skip over this place!!!

If you don’t expect much, you’ll be fine.

It was just a very basic room to stay in after my Son’s Commencement Ceremony. Nothing fancy, actually not very clean, but it was ok. I didn’t expect much, and it wasn’t much. Tiny TV, lots of loud neighbors. Someone started blasting music at 5:53am I know because it woke me, and I looked straight at the clock. All it all it was fine for me, because I’m not too picky.

I would not stay here again. No AC in the unit so it was a hot sleep. The towels were old and stained. The soap and conditioning shampoo actually made us feel dirty. We asked for new towels in the morning of our second overnight and when we got back for the day at 6 pm, they had not been to the room. We fetched towels on our own from the laundry. The guests on our last night were partying into the night with some guests blasting music from their car in the tiny inner parking lot at midnight and again at 5:30 am. While that was rude, I would expect management to come out and ask them to quiet it down for the other guests. There are many independently operated motels in the area that offer a much better experience than this motel.

Rather good for an inexpensive motel. Clean, comfortable bed, nice table, good vibe. Bathroom fixtures could use a refresh but nothing terribly wrong. Easy walk from Amtrak, the hill isn't as steep as expected.

Building across the street is under construction and they started at 7am, so try to get a rear unit if it's still early 2025. Once they're finished you're golden.

The Seaview Inn was close enough to the beach to go there the night before and the morning after staying there. The owner was very friendly and helpful. There were some restaurants around and I tried to walk to them but it probably would have been a better idea to drive because the one I wanted to go to was a few blocks away. The room was big enough and clean enough. It had a microwave, TV, and coffee maker. The room we had looked like the bathroom / shower was remodeled. There were buildings in the way from view of the beach, but it was about 5 blocks from the beach. It is a good place if you want to get away from it all.

It was so nice to find a place that took dogs, I am so grateful for that. The hosts were very nice and the place was clean. There was a very small bureau for clothing and could've been larger. The hosts planted trees and flowers along the parking lot wall to pretty the place up. Nice.

Our stay here was good. The neighborhood was run down and a lot of the surrounding stores, buildings and houses were abandoned or very old but the hotel itself was nice looking. The staff was nice. Our room was clean and had a fridge, microwave, tv, blow dryer, iron and ironing board. The bed was not the best but wasn't the worst either. At night it was quiet which allowed us too get a good nights sleep. The beach was right down the street just a few minutes away. We felt safe and comfortable and would stay here again.

The people who run this are such a sweet couple. Thanks to them or trip changed from fun to memorable. They grew sugarcane in their backyards and they were so kind to give a few of them. If back in Pismo this is the place I will surely stay. Very close to the butterfly grove and Grover beach.

People next to us were playing music till 6am. When I wanted to cancel my next night, the owner made it extremely hard and had me going back and forth with an agent to get him to cancel, wouldn’t even show up to give me the refund hiding behind his desk. For starters, the room smelled musty, comforter was stained. Mattress was semi-comfortable but tiny on flat side pillows. Thin towels. Very annoying light switches on walls and none in bathroom. Light switch was placed outside in bedroom so had to constantly go back out to turn on/off and at night when bathroom was needed, light kept waking my husband who was asleep. Overall would never stay there again.

It was a clean area. Staff was friendly. However, there was not air-conditioning so it got a little warm, there was a fan which was sufficient because it was not too hot. Unfortunately we couldn't keep the door open because I was afraid of my kiddo would take off running outside. Other than that I recommend the place! It is like 4 blocks away from the beach.

Hotel clerks were very nice, location turned out safe too. Only complaint is that there was only two pillows on our bed for me and my girlfriend. Also there is no air conditioning but it does not mention it in hotel description anyways but just something to consider.
Overall we were fine. Very close to Oceano Dunes and restaurants!

I stayed in this property for one night. This property charged me a total of $209 including taxes for that stay. Based on the location, facilities etc. , hotels like this should not be charging more than $60-$70 a night. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were of the cheapest quality. I didn't expect to get soaps that would give one skin rash being presented for guests at a hotel that charges $200 per night. On the top of that, this hotel in its listing in expedia explicitly mentioned that they offer continental breakfast. During our checking we were informed that they did away with that service after covid 19. Somehow, they forgot to update that detail about their listing in expedia. Overall, a satisfactory hotel if they are asking one to pay something in the range of $60-$80 per night.

The room was small and cramped.. The water's split in the shower was coming out of the wall. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and I barely got Any sleep on the 1st night. We chose the tent camp on the sand for a more comfortable sleep on Saturday instead of staying in the room. The staff was very friendly. If we stay there again? Definitely It's definitely gonna have to bring a foreign memory phone mattress topper so we can get any sleep. It was close to the beach and And grocery storethat was really nice. Cost about 160 a night would you not recommend it at this price point.
