The staff were very friendly. However, the front desk does not stay open at night. Normally that wouldn’t be a big deal but I had to reset my room key after each use. Luckily, we didn’t lose one and we kept asking the staff to reset it so we always at least one key that would work. Our friends were in another room and never had a key issues so it was just our room 220.

Rooms were clean. Location is great, especially for the ferry and shopping. Check in and check out and easy.

Stayed 3 nights. June 27-29, \"2026. Loved the easy access to Ferry crossing [5 min.] and other Mackinaw City attractions all within walking distance. Helpful suggestions from friendly desk clerk were 'spot on' helpful. Facility clean, comfortable room and beds. Hot tub and pool also nice. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

We spent two nights at this location. The shower / bathroom area was small but useful , no frills. The beds were comfortable and clean, there was no foul smell in the room and I liked the access to the parking lot. We arrived late at night and the front desk was able to come an assist us even thought they were closed. Close to the ferry, shops and breakfast options. Hotel was outdated but safe and clean, nothing fancy.

We drove right to this lovely hotel. Check in was so fast and friendly, parking was simple. The walls are a bit thin and we were on the ground floor and some people don’t walk gingerly but that is no fault of the owners. We took a walk through all of the shops and bought some treats. What a pleasant area! We will go back.

The property was clean and the deluxe room spacious. It was basic but clean. The pillows marginal but bed comfortable. The outdoor seating area was very small but good for a quick meal outside for a group of 2-4. We did not use the pool area. The ice machine was working and helpful. The coffee situation was only in the room in a mini pot without a decaf option. There is no breakfast option. Walking within 2 blocks of several restaurants and shops. Was tourist area pricing ( high) for amenities.

Clean room, fairly updated. For being right downtown, the hotel was pretty quiet. The room itself was pretty spacious. The hotel was walking distance to downtown and to the ferry dock. The only complaint is that the parking lot was relatively small compared to the number of rooms. This meant that I had to park across the lot from my room. The area is totally safe, so it was more of an annoyance than anything.

We had very pleasant interactions with the staff and the location couldn't have been more convenient to all the local shops, restaurants, and even the ferry to Mackinac Island. We were excited that our room was at the end of the building and hall as we hoped we'd have a window. We had a good laugh when our only view was the hallway. The room was very clean and the bathroom was too. We had a very good price for a room on a weekend and in week season. We just needed a clean place to rest our head and that's what we got. We will look this place up again if we come back to Mackinac. Nice staff, clean rooms, great location!

This hotel is located in a great spot - it is within walking distance to the ferry, several restaurants, and the shopping \"mall.\" The manager was great and responded quickly when we requested support - extra towels and change for housekeeper's tip. Parking was convenient and appreciated along a busy strip.

It is an older building and that showed in several areas of the room (torn weather stripping on the door), bulging wallpaper in the bathroom near the shower, a light that was no longer working, etc. But it was clean and that was extremely important to us.
